Max had 18 victories in this plane, this plane was at the Dresden Army air museum on display till it was destroyed in the Dresden Bombing in WW2. Special thank you to Laton for giving me the opportunity to work With him again on this plane its been a great working with you. ALL hi ;-) Has anyone seen the new planes coming in the First Eagles expansion at Third Wire forums, all look very nice till you take a good look at the Alb D3, It took me a little looking at it to see why it did not look quite right and then I finely seen why, it has a flat bottom to the body! :O) this is not correct as all Info we have clearly shows that the Alb D3 had a rounded bottom and not flat. So I would ask all of you to go on over to TW forum and let TK know that you Would like to see a correct Alb, D3 for FE, this may be the last chance we have To have a nice correct Alb D3 in FE. (S!) ALL hi ;-) Well Bandy, if it’s that the edge is to sharp which makes it Appear to flat then you know what that will do, is make any Markings we put on that plane that round under like strips or What ever not look right. your friend in the FE sky v. Deutschmark

Yes I have e-mailed with TK if you look a few post up and now I come to the people, you! to make you aware of this and to get Your opinions on it, in hopes that I may be seeing this wrong, But I don’t think so. your friend in the FE sky v. ALL hi ;-) You mean to tell me that if I put this marking, On this D3 Then them black and yellow squares will round under like they should or any Strips for that matter, take a look at photos of a D3 with strips that Go under and you will see what am talking about. Like this, I find it hard to believe, it does not look like it will to me. your friend in the FE sky v. Deutschmark

ALL hi ;-) Yes the D3 did have a flatish bottom in the body where the bottom wing Connected to it but from the back of the cockpit to the tail on the bottom Of the body was more rounded and not as flat as we see it in them photos At TW forums, I have e-mailed with TK and talked to him about this and What I got back was they have determine it was that flat, that goes agencies All that we know and all info we have on the Alb D3. your friend in the FE sky v.
