  13. SP3 4658 Little Man.

    (S!) ALL hi ;-)

This is a SP3 4658 Little Man, Italian Air Service Sq 26a Caporetto around 1917/18.
The art work on the nose of this plane was that of a comic character by author
Oronzo Marginati called ( Come ti erudisco il pupo ) in English is
( how I teach to the baby ) I call him ( Little Man )
This plane was around during the dark days of Caporetto the fate of this plane is Unknown,
SP3 pilots loved their SP3s so much that even when new machines
Arrived at the frontline the SP3s where not given up by their cures and where in
Service right up to 1920, the first fight that an SP3 had was with two Albatros D3
Where the SP3 downed both machines, it was not till a month later from its arrival
At the frontline that the first SP3 fell to the guns of an Albatros D3, SP3 pilots reported
That their SP3s where good dog-fighters and bombing platforms, this plane was also the
First that the Italian Air Service had their first great bombing campaign with.
If you would like to know more about the SP3, look for Windsock vol 19, #3, May/ June 2003,
    Part two by Alberto Casirati.
To the best of my knowing this is the first time that an SP3 has ever been in a flying sim.

Special thank you to Laton for giving me the opportunity to work
With him again on this plane and for bringing the SP3 to this sim.

  17. Fokker EV Jasta 36

    (S!) ALL hi ;-)

This is a Fokker EV of Jasta 36 Chambly aerodrome August 1918 pilot unknown.
Harry von Bülow, who flew with Jasta 36, wrote to historian W R Puglisi around 1961:
"The English pursuit pilots called our group 'The Blue Noses'
And from that statement you can conclude that the noses of Jasta 36 planes were painted blue.

  18. Replacement Pfalz E I's

    (S!) ALL hi ;-)

    These are replacement Pfalz E I # 479 & Stock Pfalz E 1.

Just put this Pfalz E I s folder into your Pfalz E I 479 folder & the one for
Stock Pfalz E1 folder and let it over write the BMP that is there.

When I did the originals I went by one Profile and time was a factor, since
Then I have come to know that most all Pfalz E 1’s where bleach linen and
Therefore had an over all white appearance, as to the sand/ crime color of
The MS H and I found out that the profile I used was out of date, now with
The new info I have redone both planes to their correct color.

Special thank you to Laton for giving me the opportunity to work

  25. Captured Triplane.

    (S!) ALL hi ;-)

This is a Captured Sopwith Triplane as seen in the Windsock datafile # 22.
This Triplane was part of No 1 Naval Sq and was piloted by Flight Sublieutenant
Wilford and was brought down and captured on September 13, 1917 by
Leutnant Kurt Wüsthoff of Jasta 4 it was repainted and remained on the Jasta 4
Roster, the Jasta 4 pilot was unknown for this plane as well as any missions it
    May have taken part in.

Also at Combat Ace in the Captured Camel thread Tailspin explains how to set
The Captured planes up so Allied AI will see them as German planes.
    The link; http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=18513

This skin is based on the stock skin that came with the A- Team’s plane, the things
That where done to it was to change it from the Black Maria back to a stock skin and
    Add the German markings.

Special thank you to the A-Team for allowing me to do this skin.

Special thank you to my friend Bob Pearson for allowing me to put
