Burnt to DVD and installs a dream on XP SP3 On the download you have the WW11 and WW1 you can install what you wish. Name of the game is to have fun.

With nearly 500 viewed this posting looks like one cannot purchase FCJ in the UK. At leased some are interested in FCJ.

No Nieuport17 in the default game only as a add-on. That is one thing wrong with this sim out of the box it has so few planes. The new patch has impoved the game so much thanks TK I have a full modded version and the default version plus EX PK and patch.

Hi Hurricane3 like Southside Bucky said always backup, you can make a complete copy of your First Eagles game you do not have to reinstall the game from the CD just Cut and Paste a copy to where you want to run it and mod to your hearts content. With so much stuff to add and so easy it's a shame to miss out on all the great stuff and hard work put in by so many kind folk that give us so much free stuff. Any problems just post here and someone will give you the answer im sure. Most of all have fun.

Hi I have put the new Peter excelent FM's on a new FE install only adding the EXPack No updates, now my problem is the F5 key is now for shoulder view, how can I get it back to out side view of my plane. This is realy bugging me any one got any ideas thanks.

Deleted the view list and im a happy bunny now all ok got me F5 view out side back. installed as per readme and all ok Your the man thanks.

Hi Peter many thanks for the hard work put in. One item noticed was this in the read me - Copy DFWC1 folder, rename to.......... DFWC1. Should it be - Copy DFWC5 folder, rename to.......... DFWC1, and do's one have to put the renamed copied folders back in the aircraft folder ? Please can you or any other tell me where I can get the Hanriot Planes ?. Thanks again.

Hi Guys hasve put nealy all the planes from here in my FE install, now some planes have no pilot one such is the Pfalz DR1 all the planes with no pilot are add-on ones. I have the Pilot folder in the Aircraft folder with the files in the folder. To date have found 3 planes with no pilot. Any one had this. Sorted it out guys. Hi Firecage many thanks for all the hard work you put in. Now my friend is there any order for installing FE and the EXP PACK (The one I purchased) and the April update. Plus the Extra Planes. I have downloaded all the planes. And raring to go. Thanks again.

I have this thing about FE I like it but for the sim runs to fast in my opinion it seems more like a WW2 sim than a WW1. Now I know one can speed up the game but what about slowing it down. I repeat it is only my opinion the game runs too fast for a WW1 sim it feels to me even on the hard setting too arcade. Any one got any ideas for slowing it down.

Roger that Sinbad, I have at the momet just one install and it has the TK SPK and the latest updates with no added planes just the default planes. What I will do is do a second install and just add some of the early planes. Can I ask you what would you addvise to add to the deault FE install (not planes) as regarding updates ect. Many thanks for the reply.

Now thats an idea reduce the top speed if I do a duel install of FE I can give it a try. I think the person to tell me how to do this is Peter01 I know how to extract the ini and edit it but what to alter, any one expand on this. Thanks for the reply Migbuster.

Hi guitarclassic55 I installed the beta version but will not run on my setup. Im running XP SP2, A 24inch monitor 1920x1200 resalution, 8800GT video card. The opening screen shows and the movie in the top right hand corner but unable to use the mouse to enter the game I have to use CTRL+ALT+DEL to leave the game. Tried changing the resalution settings to my settings of 1920x1200 in the MENUSYSTEM file the game then locks up and have to hard boot the PC. I have the FE SPK and the latest update that is all installed into FE. has anyone else experianced this. Many thanks for what looks like a cracking add-on.
