http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legendary_Pink_Dots It says experimental rock but that's the same as trying to summarize an elephant with one footprint. >Their website< with mp3 samples and lyrics archive. Quite disturbing... actually, no matter how light their music might sound at times ,the lyrics are always creepy. And I can't help linking their album "The Tower" to Pink Floyd's "The Wall". The Hill Michael couldn't understand Why people shook him by the hand When laughed at him and talked behind his back. Michael didn't know the rules. Abused, confused at all the schools They sent him to - gave him the view to leave. Michaels' got a gun. Now he's living on the hill. Watch the people run, shooting down the kids at play. He'll teach them all to stay away. Mothers screaming, running round... No-one laughs at Michael now! Out the classroom window stood A hill which made him feel so good. He thought he'd like to have it as a home. People never spoke to him. Ignored, deplored, he got so bored. He ran away and bought himself a gun. Michael lay down in the sun. Perhaps he'd put away the gun If only they would leave him quite alone. No-one heard his point of view, The crowd of vigilantes grew So Michael used the gun just one last time.

Didn't know that... But I gave up on NIN a long time ago and their recent albums also turned out to be rather disappointing for me. Not a fan of guys weeping in the mike. Somehow many industrial bands end up like this... Maybe I'll give a vote for punk (Dead Kennedys)... or metal (Ministry)... or electronic(Coil). But only after I fugure out what on earth The Legendary Pink Dots are.

Must... Get... This...

Where's Industrial music? No, that's not electronic and definitely not rock... Strictly speaking that's not music but still it has to be somewhere. Some examlpes of this slow creepy thingie http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0ukMn0eWLQ - No vid except for caption. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gW7VYQSqVQ - The worms at the beginning may be kinda... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUHCl4TUdTA - The most weird "tribal" dance you'll ever see. P.S. Yes, I'm a strange person.

Just look at this thing. Warning: may break you brains. Unfortunately images still appear on screen - not on the cube itself. Still feels weird.

BS, A10, Apache.... When will we get a new HIND?! No matter how cool this might get, won't buy if starforced to. My DVD drive nearly died during the last SF infestation.

Neither does Saitek. You can buy Buttkicker to try to compensate for lack of... I don't know what

Basic X52 doesn't have the option to control MFD data output - that was adden in the Pro. Also pro-thing has an option to change colour of every LED. Normally they are green, but red glow can be enabled IF game's plugin has this coded in. Apart from making stick look like a Christmas tree, this can also be used for example to highlight the CM button when you're locked on or fire extinguisher in case of fire. But I'm yet to see it implemented anywhere.

X-52Pro is quite neat :) Mouse emulation, dials, lots of buttons plus up to six functions on each. Quite precise. But you'll need to spend a day binding a decent profile for a game. After that you won't need neither keyboard nor mouse. It also has and integrated MFD but to get that working you'll need to find a plug-in for that particular game. Otherwise C knowledge is required for coding.

I suck at X3 (X2, X-Tension)... Usually end up as some sort of space beggar flying a basic fighter and hauling power cells (can't even afford fill my tiny hold with them) to pay for minor repairs. Once I managed to upgrade my "doomsday machine" with a couple of decent lasers and a shield, scared some pirates but the repairs cost much more that the loot.

Get this http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=117990 The Featurelist alone is jaw-dropping. And look at screenshots there in the new ship list Does the planet look familiar too?

Seniors get a glass of kerosene-rich milk with every meal and a walking cane with joystick-shaped handle.

Yeah, if I remember correctly, that's the Fiddler from Monino museum and guys at the forum where I found it are saying that this is some sort of test variant... -

Dan(triplethr3at) asked me for help to get pics. I suppose you got them already It's not about sitting in nav pit. The scope sticks out on the right - there's a picture of it among those I've sent. Anyway I can repost the pic It was designed to check for engine fires. Maybe electronic warning system wasn't that reliable. -

Would fictional aircraft like the the F/A-37 Talon really fly & perform as well as it did in the movie "Stealth" if it were really built?
Gr.Viper replied to SkyStrike's topic in The Pub
Nope, he's dead serious about the truck... That scares me. -
Mmmm... Fokkers! And the balloon doesn't pop, but burns. A scene with MvR getting saved by 'Cobra' could be a nice touch I just hope the girl seen in one shot will die quickly so that she won't stand in the way of more interesting action. Those Albs look so pretty.

-Dr. Gumby, why do you think the battle of Trafalgar happened here? -... Uh... Because Drake was too clever for the German fleet!

-Name two ways of getting them flowing, Watson. -Rubbing the clitoris, sir? -What's wrong with a kiss, boy? Why not start her off with a nice kiss? You don't have to go leaping straight for the clitoris like a bull at a gate! Give her a kiss, boy!
