IT's all about money.... I personally have mortgage insurance built in to my mortgage. I also have a rider on my insurance in case someone wishes to sue me for everything I own. IE...I'm found liable for an aircraft acident in which it was an aircraft I performed maintenance services on. The rider is for 1 Million dollars and protects me in a lawsuit from taking my house and home. They can touch the policy, and that is all. Things change a little once your retired, and you may need to find out things like disability insurance as well. This is a good insurance to have at any point in life, but as you get older, it becomes more and more probable that you may need it. Disability insurace won't pay off the house, but it will make payments while you are diabled.....and if that turns out to be "Until Death", then...the house is payed for. This type of insurance may be cheaper then actual Mortgage Insuarance. <C> Fates

From my POV, these guys made a piss poor decisision to launch the RC with overcast weather and a ceiling of what looks to be about 2000 Ft AGL. The winds must have been nasty for the RC and flight planning should have been essential. They simply made too many mistakes, just like in real life, and it crashed.... I think it was the weather, .....but it could have been a mechanical...it just doesn't appear to me that it was from the footage. <C> Fates

If you plan on upgrading, I would suggest getting the 939pin mobo like ASUS's A8V. It can handle the cheaper 64Bit CPU's out there and is setup to handle the more expensive 64fx chips as well. I personlly think the 64bit market is a little confusing at the moment. To many choices. I will be buying a A8V mobo tonite as well as a AMD 64 3500+ 939Pin CPU together for under $500. There are 754, 939, and 940 pin CPU's/Mobo's. I would not buy into the 754 pin CPU/mobo unless you are the type to upgrade every 1-2 years. I feel that these CPU's will become scarce as the market leans to the more efficient dual data 939 pin version. However, I can't afford $600+ just for a CPU at this time. I think AMD has really raised their prices outside of the grasp of joe user. Back to your questions: would flight sims play smoother with a amd 64 at 3200 or 3400? Uh...3400 are there Any advantages to upgrading now or is it better wait a bit till the drivers for updates become available? There is never a good time to upgrade. You simply have to drop the ball sometime and just do it. Things change too fast.. However, understanding where the market was yesterday, and where it is today, I would not suggest the 3200 or 3400 unless you buy a MOBO that will support tomoorrow. <C> Fates

Foo, Kerry brought out swiftboat vets and displayed them on stage. Kerry saluted the Dem convention, and said "Reporting for Duty" much of Kerry's acceptance speech involved his service to his country. I personally fail to see how he did not make his service part of his campaign....maybe not the centerpiece...but he opened the doors of scrutiny. I don't personally agree with Bush not serving overseas, and I view it more like a father trying to protect his son. However, he did serve. ps.... There's a whole lot of other commanders that weren't over their either.

Yet we can maintain a free society only if we recognize that in a free society no one can win all the time. No one can have his own way all the time, and no one is right all the time. Author: Richard M. Nixon

Close Combat: First to Fight FPS: Real Time Strategy http://www.closecombat.com This is Take2 Interactives future winner. It is currently being developed as the Marine Corp trainer, much like America's Army. The Marine Corp has supplied recent Iraqi-deployed troops to assist in development. The military trainer sim is OFFLINE capable, and from what I've read, they do a very good job at simulating non-player character reactions to situations. Things like health, morale, and intensity of battle are detected to alter AI reaction. However, you may find that this becomes more of an ONLINE game then off. The game is not slated for release until later this year. <C> Fates

Looks like the right forum to me...hehe...nevermind...its still shown over there as well. Actually Trashman, Slikk is getting pretty close to releasing SP9.2 for USAF, which does work well for WinXP if I'm not mistaken. He may have found a few things yet to resolve with the release of Sp2, but I have not been in contact with him yet this week. He is looking for sites to host the files, which I think come around to about 350Mb. Hope you can help? I haven't tried USAF yet, or in a long time for that matter, but I'm anticipating Slikks release to me any day now. <C> Fates

yeah...It's called BF1942 LMAO... Sorry Dagger...don't mean to take away the news...I'm just so pissed at DICE. The biggest differences between BF1942 and BF:V with ww2 mod is more shrubbery...and some different colors. I for one am not impressed with Dice at all. With one exception...BF:Modern Combat BF:MC looks to be what BF2 (Vietnam) should have been. It would be great if Dice would get their act together and make all their past maps backwards compatible much like Americas Army has done. Whoa...I would love that. Maybe even take BF:MC weapons and vehicles and use them to storm Utah Beach...oh yeah...no there's some fun. <C> Fates

In the States, we often refer to "THE SOUTH" as the Bible Belt. There is a strong unity with christianity in this "Bible Belt". Thier morals are mostly conservative. Those states would include Georgia, Alabama, Lousiana, Kentucky, Tennesee, Carolina's, Virginia, Mississippi. Not EVERYONE from the south have such convictions. You will find that everywhere you go in the United States, there will also be great diversity.
