Hey guys, anyone having luck with VTOL on the AV-8A in WOE? I can lift off and hover for a while, but I am not having any luck transitioning to flight. Any advice?

Numbers are easy..... What I do is just create my own in Photoshop, or you can even just find the USNfighternumber you want to use... Then, rename then something like "Nose" or something....stick them in you decal folder, and then make sure you reference them in your decal.ini.

Do yourself a favor......do what every other skinner that has come before has done..... Go download some other skins, and see how they do it....... That is the absolute best way to learn

I just noticed something else.... Any changes made to the "Textureset.ini" file in a skins directory no longer update the main file for an aircraft... Example.... Updating my VMF-312 FJ-3M Fury skin so it is bare metal. I made my to the TextureSet file (Specular, Glossiness, etc) and saved....in SP3, it would have automatically updated the "FJ-3M.ini" file in the root directory for the A/C....I have to manually make the changes for it to show up in game....haven't had to manually touch that file since SP2...

I have also been noticing something goofy with the numbers.... If you select the first number or last number in a squadron, all the AC in the flight will be that same number.... Example....select number 0 through 3 for all four AC.... Once it loads up, all 4 aircraft will show the decals that correspond with the 0 aircraft..... Go back and change the 0 to say 8, or some other number, everything shows appropriately...

No.... "Fighter Pilots make movies, Attack Pilots make history (while blowing crap up, getting hot chicks and making fun of fighter pilots).

Tried it. I extended it about five times and angled it...it changed nothing.

Hey guys, I need some assistance... I am skinning a new Fury, and I cannot seem to find how to get the stripe to go all the way around... I am at my wits end with this one....is the only way to go all the way around painting it on the bmp? Please say no!
