  1. Have you set the F-4E up to carry AHM´s? Might be the missing part, the game gives a difference between the two AttachmentTypes SAHM and AHM.
  2. That is the point i guess. Like i thought, you are using the LATEST weapon editor, wich should be ONLY used with WOI or FE. Get the weapon editor wich comes with either Bunyaps or the Mirag Factory weapon packs. The new one will work with WOE,WOV or SFP1 once the patch is out, i assume. Until then you´ll need the pre-WOI version for the rest of the series. EDIT: SF Gold had some issues with patching, i believe. Need to grab some info there before i suggest something on this.
  3. Try to add it as exported. You have it set to the nation of ZINGARO, but your ATTACHMENTTYPE is only WP, SOVIET. Might be the game doesn´t allow you to mount them, as the station is not set as Zingaro nation. You can leave the ExportStart-/EndYear at 0, as the game then uses the standard years. Wich game you use? Your weapondata is from the new weapon editor, wich only works with WOI or FE, i believe.

  5. Copy the AIM-9B and rename the TypeName from "AIM-9B" to "SOV_AIM-9B", so it doesn´t affect eachother. Change the NationName and the AttachmentTypes and you should be good to go. If they still don´t show up, try to use this one in your weapondata file. Don´t forget to save withe weps editor.   7. It´s no big thing, i didn´t noticed it when i played and even need to gaze almost 5 minutes on the screenie to notice it.

I used this solution: Open JAS39_COCKPIT.INI and change the "Position" line to this: Position=0.0000,3.98,0.7 You could also set in the DATA.ini the Fuselage to "ShowFromCockpit=FALSE", but then you wouldn´t see it in the cockpit mirrors. So i guess changing the seat position in the cockpit file is better.

  10. SAD, you have installed it into a clean, or a modified installation? Also did you copied the weapons to the folder and added them (I assume, as you said you followed the instructions)? Other 3rd party aircraft work? Please tell us, what game you use, is it patched up to date and is it modified in any way?

  14. USAFMTL is right. I don´t guess someone would throw out the source file of his aircraft. If you want to modify a MAX source file in that way, the UVW mapping would get corrupted. That means, you would need to map most of the aircraft all over again. Seems you allready found the F-20 as WIP: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=24803 I would assume that you will get the WIP in nearly the same time, as you would get the modification done, so i guess, just wait for that one.

  19. Well, my new Tornado F3 is indeed in game, but as you see, it´s still a very early stage. Needs to be mapped and tuned in avionics and stuff. I´m still working on it beside some other stuff, please be patient.

    Erstmal danke für die Blumen. Daran hatte ich auch schon gedacht. Jedoch wie bereits gesagt, sind die Tanks dann nicht mehr abwerfbar. Eine Möglichkeit wäre zum Beispiel, zwei Stationen zu machen. Ein Pylon mit dem Tank, welcher dann nicht abwerfbar wäre und eine weitere, nur mit dem Pylon, welche dann die abwerfbare Version aufnehmen kann. Nicht ganz perfekt, aber vielleicht ein guter Kompromiss. Zumindest im Normalbetrieb werden die Tanks ja nur im Notfall abgesprengt.
  22. -To be honest, i´m myself unsure about the radar. So i decided to have the opportunity of having no, or a simple radar. -The drag chute is not possible in game due to limitations of the game engine. So i made this as additional airbrake. The "Problem", another airbrake would be deployed along all others. At least we have the option to let this airbrake only deploy on ground, wich implements the drag chute nicely. So, you´re correct. All magic is that little line, wich only deploys it on ground. Not my idea, the MiG-25 allready has this feature. -The gunpod, modeled as part of the aircraft was an idea by me to get rid of hundred different gunpod models, to match all skins. The gunpod is set as pylon. You might noticed on many aircraft, weapon pylons are not showed in game, if nothing is mounted on them. I used this effect also for the gunpod. The weapon station itself only allows a gunpod as storage and is set right at the muzzle position. The gunpod entry in the weapon data has the muzzle position at the zero center in all axis. So when you mount the gunpod without model, onto the weapon pylon, looking like the gunpod, you get the fire effect on exact position. Like i said, only advantage is, you don´t need to worry if the gunpod color is matching the skin, as it´s part of the skin. If you have more questions, feel free to shoot me a PM.
  23. Well, the Ark Royal, at least the Readme file seems to be not updated. The file "groundobjectdata.ini", wich you are missing, isn´t used anymore.
