@ Sag, the germany Terrain i have also installed. And yes, there is the Söllingen Airbase in it. A little bit to far west but it´s in.

i´m well awared of, that canada is not all snow. The point is i have no canada terrain so i fly the CF-188´s in the DBS Terrain form Maj.Lee.

i´ve made a little skining work this evening. So i made my own canada pilot skin. you may take a look?

yeah you´re right. We´ve had the canadian Airforce in Söllingen quite a time. Very sad they left us! so it looks like the helmet i´m looking for is an older one? But i must say these older helmets are looking damn good. EDIT: i´ve found an other pic of the this kind of helmet

The IAF (Israeli AirForce) is flying mostly american fighters like the F-15 series or F-16´s. They also have an enterprise called IAI (Israeli Aircraft Industries) which is building or modernise existing Fighters to new level of radar and armed devices. They started this enterprise in the late 70´s i assume with the first Mirage III they received. An other famous aircraft of that program is the "IAI - KFIR", an intercept fighter build on the basis of the Mirgae. The first american fighters, except the F-4 Phantom´s and Skyhawks, Israel obtained in the first Gulf War 1991. They had a deal with the U.S. government and for not taking part in the war they got the first 25 F-15A´s or F-15 BaZ so the original IAI appellation. Today the got F-15 C´s, F-15-E´s and multiple F-16´s series in duty. I searched a few pictures of the IAF´s fighters... I have a problem with my SFP1. First it starts that the game crashes after 2-3 min. to Desktop. So i uninstall the game anr even with a regeditor all the regs. I installed SFP1, patched it with the SFP1_sp051506b.exe and the SFP1_p052506.exe . Then i updated DirectX and...the game still crashes after 2 mins to Desktop. I have no mods installed the game is only patched and crashes. PLZ Help me!! My System: AMD Athlon XP 2600+ 2048 MB RAM NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT DirectX Version April 06 (9.0c) NVIDIA Force Ware 77.30

Holy s**t! It works! I can´t tell you exactly what i have done but it works. I reinstallt all graphics, driectX and Nforce Motherboard drivers, run NTunes to get best performance and finally install SFP1 again. And now it works. Even my mods are working now. I can´t belive it... :yes: THX again to all folks who tried to help me with my problem!

sry Baff! But the game still crashes after 3min with these error message. I tried to play the game unpatched and it works. When i install the latest service packs and patches the game crashes. I don´t understand it. Last weekend i formated my system and reinstall SFP1 and since i patched it...same s**t again. WTF???

i rechecked all the buttons...nothing. I installed Service Pack 2 and SFP1...nothing. Still the same:game crashes after 2-3 min and i get an error massage. I copy the text of the massage and paste it here. AppName: flightsim.exe AppVer: 5.25.6.7 ModName: flightsim.exe ModVer: 5.25.6.7 Offset: 000081c7 im not going to try 1000 times more, if the game simply don´t work on my system im getting sick and tiered of it...

I m using Win XP Pfof. with SP1. I will check the buttons again...

i don´t have this problem with other games or 3d applications. Just on SFP1. I also have monitored my VGA all the time and with 39-40 C° it should not be overheated.

Since i patched the game there are no enemy A/A forces in every map i tried. I´m also not able to add new Groundobjects like Ships, Tanks etc... plz help

After installed the latest Serice Pack 4 fpr SPF1 i have some problems with anti-tank missions CAS & armed recon. After 2-3 mins the game crash to desktop and thats it. I have the latest weapon pack installed but i cant locate the GROUNDOBJECTS.INI since SP4 is installed.

And how can i add new Ground Objects now? Just drop the folder in the GroundObject Folder an thats it?

hey all, I wanted to replace the loading sound of SFP1. When you loading a mission you can see the loading screen of the aircraft and you can hear this jet engine. These i wanted to change but i am not sure which sound file i must replace and is there anything i must take care of...

Hi @all, I have some problems with all the availible aircraftcarriers for SFP1. I have the original Strike Fighters: Project 1 game installed and also both of the Service packs (2 and 3). I have the excellent F/A - 18 Hornet Add On and the fighter it self works outstanding but i can´t fly these things from a carrier! I have serveral installed yet and no one works. I add all these stuff in all the folders and the ini´s but i can´t even find one of these carriers in the game. I always start at a normal airfield. I have the original "desert" terrain and the "Danger! Bering Straits" Terrain from Major Lee installed. PLZ help i want to fly my U.S. NAVY Hornet from a carrier! ;)

it works now, i ´ve managed to get Wings over Vietnam and noe i have created an hole new campaign with Hornets, Tomcats, Vipers etc...very cool!
