Usaf A-7 Skin ?
Armourdave replied to squid's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
The USAF camo was used worn by the USAF A-7D's. The A-7 I previously released was the NAVY A-7B. I'll be releasing an A-7D and hence, USAF camo skins sometime in the future (not more than a month away). Cheers -
I second what BUFF said. Not exactly a small minority, but definately NOT a majority. I dont agree with the protest but I am happy that this country still has the possability to protest. Also one of the few things that really shocked me during this whole thing was that in one of the news reports of the demonstration there was an 80 year old American war veteran marching in the protest. When asked if he was worried that we would be called un-patriotic, he commented "I dare anyone to call me un-patriotic when Mr Bush deliberately avoided vietnam". Cheers

Not received. Last emailed I recieved from you was: Wally Weich Nov20 A-7E Info !!! 1M If the last email was larger than 8MB's it was probably bounced back. Sorry for all this hassle! thanks -
No doubt if he does end up in jail (which I doubt) he'll probably get an entire wing of the damn prison, or what's even more likely is he'll be under house arrest.

New Clouds And More
Armourdave replied to Dagger's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Cool stuff! The new sky colour looks good, much more like the IL2 sky colour, but the way it transitions into the horizon doesnt look so good. That block of pale blue just doesnt look right to me. Thanks cheers p.s Using GF2MX, but should be moving to the FX 5700 soon. -

Sorry mate, been real busy entertaining young ladies lately Anyway, my NTL account has a limit of 10MB I think, so the mail needs to be less than that. I have part 1, 2 and 3 I think. Cheers -

New Project
Armourdave replied to cbhierro's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
The 79-89 Afghan conflict is definately something I would like to do in the future. At the moment it's in the planning stages. I've had trouble finding information on the internet about the air conflict. I really have very little information such as airbases, targets, aircraft skins, squadrons etc. Cheers! -

Armourdave replied to cbhierro's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
Su-24 is exactly what I want! If you make an Su-24 I'll be tempted to start work on a 79-89 afghan conflict including Su-17, Su-24 and I'll make an Su-25. Cheers -

I think it's been rendered in user not perspective viewport thus it looks slightly out of proportion. Looks good though. Cheers -

Armourdave replied to navychief's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
I think Todd was just pointing out he had posted it on the mainpage, not critisizing you for posting here. Thanks for that Todd, always good to see P1 stuff in the news. Cheers :) -

Carrier Ops....just Imagine!
Armourdave replied to navychief's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
The more I think about it, the more I want carrier ops in P1. The question of the trapping and launching is near impossible to answer without knowing a good deal of C++ and having access to the source code. TK knows we want carrierops but I dont believe he wants to rush into a "quick and dirty" implementation. Just my opinion. Fingers crossed! Cheers
