Well my SF is shooting craps right now, i gotta reinstall so there goes whatever i did(well backed up of course) DO, yeah, its not that hard to do the ini file stuff, i did that like 2-3 weeks ago thought most of us knew it :o oops, oh well. I'll maybe pickup 3d max soon. S! -
LOL, glad all i have to take is logs n natural logs for my major(though i took up to analytical trig, twice :()

Enemy Landings

I'm working on a set of missions right now, called Enemy Landings, if i can i'm going to make it into a mini campaign as an off-shoot of Burning Sands. Here's a few screen shots from the first mission, even though it still isnt completely finished. I had teh debug on to get some info for planning, unfortunately not all my screen shots can be posted in one post, one more after this and i'll have all 6 up -

Just ATTACK_POSITION for the movement. One question, how can i set the default loadout so the AI's have a loadout and not just guns? thats my only problem right now. -

Well i'm missing my library right about now, so i'll just ask you guys. ANyone have a complete listing of the Tanks of Korea? Both UN and Soviet would help, thinking i might be able to do a bunch of 3d modelling and adding tanks for that era once i figure out how to make 3d models! :) -

Ok, jsut an idea i thought about trying but i dotn have the pateince or the time right now. Ok, teh guys in EAW created a carrier by making a 3d mod fo a carrier, in this case we could modify the TANKER model to represent a early era aircraft carrier, possibly the early 50s era. Now, the next step would be placing a runway underneath the carrier and making it just long enough that it wont show, beign the same length as the TANKER mod. Only problem i can forsee with this is that the runway will be under the water, and therefore you would crash once you hit the water. BUT if there was a way to change the height to that of the TANKER deck, it could work, also we could modify the TANKER and CARGO ships by making them look like cruisers and/of frigates, increase their armor number in the correct .cat file and then add a small helo deck on the back. Wouldnt mind hearing some feedback :) -

Ok, i'm using gmax right now, jsut sorta fooling around with it, anyway i can get 3view drawings and put it into this program and have it generate the correct form? or do i gotta spend money n get 3d max for that? :) -

Changed the bmp of the deck plating, unfortunately it also changes all the deck plating, for eht cargo ship AND tanker, now i have another ship i've named the Carrier(hehe, figured out how to add more targets :twisted: :roll: ) I just need to prolly get a 3d modeling program, any out their for free? :roll: -

The game right now doesnt make that distinction, and i have to move the bohemoth back because i'm using it for "amphibious" operations in a rear area ;). -

Ok, changed the deck bmp, this is what it'd look simialr to with a carrier deck, i used a pic of a real carrier deck(early 50s, post ww2, korea) for the deck, would need a lil tweaking on that one, i just need to know how to removed the masts, change the hull in the front so it doesnt come up like that, and move the super structure and resize it. -

Ok, i'm trying to add small thigns to a F-4e skin, mainly just a "painting" of a girl on the side of a fuselage, but once i got into the game, it turned the skin silver where i put it on :shock: I have corel 9 photoshop, i've used it for modifying the pilots bmps, i jsut need a lil point in the right direction with this. thx -

I have a book that outlines the different styles of noseart throughout the different eras and war, not with me right now though, i'll try and get it when i go back to my parents, that book and about half my library :shock: -

currently their is no Mirage III for download and therefore there is no skin for it :)
