Norton is supposedly quite good now and not a resource hog like it used to be. When I installed OFF this morning Avira detected a trojan in the 'OFFManager.exe' but I scanned it wiht Malwarebytes manually and was clean so just added it to Avira exceptions list. You have to be careful with these AV progs because if you allow them to auto delete or quarantine a suspected file and it is a system file then it can pooch your system. That happened to thousands of people just 2 weeks ago because Avast update was bad and detected virii in a ton of Windows system files and people had the default auto qauarantine set. I always set my AV to report only for that reason. If you ever get a file you are not sure about then go to the below url and have it scanned with multiple engines for free. http://virscan.org/

Thanks. Must be my lucky day so think I will buy a lottery ticket today. There is no little lady here so I can do as I please. :) That was just a quick mission and forgot to check the box to make me invincible so had to create a new pilot after this mission as I flew too low over the front line. Will start campaign next and select favorable season, also need to go into the config and disable the rain effects as I am not a fan of it. It's running smoothly though and am using 3 for scenery and terrain even though I have 5870 vid card and i5 750 OC to 3.8ghz. I like to ensure good fame rate as I can't enjoy flight sims with poor frame rate. Might turn on FSAA though as it should handle it fine.

I hope it performs better than Phase1 because I remember that was quite demanding on my current hardware at the time but I do have much better PC now so all should be fine and I will be shooting down the huns in no time.

Avira often finds false positives and is what you get with AV that uses aggressive scans. If you bring up Avira and got to expert settings you just exclude the files from the AV scanner and the guard. Also, you should right click the tray icon and uncheck 'AntiVir Guard enable' during gaming sessions so it isn't using any resources to monitor files while gaming.

There is already a farm sim on the market so they are late to the table on that one. There is even a crane operator sim now. Maybe they could do a fish canning factory sim.

The AI is very dumb in OFP2. My squad members were unloading all their rounds into a disabled tank that still had a live enemy AI inside it. They all just stood there continually firing at the tank with rifle bullets. Don't the developers know that rifle rounds can't penetrate a tank?

That's what I think happened too but Avongate thinks otherwise. I've had things shipped via USPS before and have always been able to see exactly where the package is on it's route but this shows nothing at all and is why I think they may have messed up.

Once you have seen the first Bourne there is no reason to see any of the others IMO. I honestly had a hard time telling the dif between the first and the third.
