Most Westinghouse monitors, including mine, don't have drivers, and are designed to be fully "plug and play".
In corresponding with Westinghouse, they decided that I must have a faulty monitor, and have asked me to provide them with the serial number and receipt. I'm just glad I actually found the receipt, I thought I had lost it for a bit. I'm really glad I did find it though, because I've got a 3-year service plan with the monitor, so if they can't fix it, they'll replace it. WHEW!!!!
