Hi everyone I have 2 issues, so I hope you guys can help me. 1st: I saw that a lot of users make great screenshots in high resolution. But I can't ! I bought a new laptop few months ago, it's a Asus F7 L series 17". Here my configuration: - CPU: DUO T2370 1.73 Ghz, - memory:2Gb, I run XP sp3, - the graphic card is an Intel 935 Express Chipset Family and then my screen's resolution is 1440x900 pixels. I use to run WOE at 1024x768x32. This is the only resolution wich doesn't deform the image, but the quality is quite low. Is there a way to increase it (from the game or from my computer) ? or is it just a lack of power from my laptop ? .. s**t I feel like a newbie :] 2nd: I have WOI (patched) but don't use it often because that beauty loves freezing my computer ! The strange thing is that the game works good with the graphic settings set to "high".. I tried to play with "medium" settings but the game still crashes, freezes my computer and I always have to finger-reboot it . So you can understand that it upsets me a bit ! Your help is welcome buddies ;)

- No, I'm running XP but it's a special installation, a combo Vista / XP (official not cracked).. Vista was installed but I was able to switch to XP instead. And yes the last version of Directx is installed.. I guess :] - Ok you confirm something that I realized, It doesn't matter ! Thank you all guys

Yeah ! good news ! It's really time to increase the power of the "enemy" (russian) force, I'm bored of being shot in less than 10 seconds while flying migs and sukhois ! nice work man ;)

Yes I think so too, I've tried it but it only deformed the screen .. I read that those chipsets are quite bad, anyway thanx for you help.

Yes it sometimes happens to me too, I found something in the "Exported=... /ExportStartYear=..." line. I usually type "Exported=FALSE" and it seems to fix it, but I didn't really check that problem

I usually fly the "bad" aircrafts, with bad missiles or bad performances to be proud of shooting the "good" ones

Thanx for your help, I already replaced it but nothing changes. Actually I can't even reach the "loadout" screen, the game crashes when I select the Mig-31 and clic "accept" .. first time something like that happens to me. (PS: The aircraft works in WOI)

Ah man that's so cooooool ! I miss the M2000 so much ! Just one more thing, only Mirage 2000 "B" (and "C") wear the blue scheme. The Mirage 2000 "N(uclear)" wear the same scheme but in Dark Green et Dark Grey with a light grey applied on the belly (like "C" and "B"). Only he Mirage 2000 "D" are full painted. But I guess you already know it ;) Here is a example: MIRAGE 2000 D And here is also an experimental low visibility scheme applied on a Mirage 2000, could be fun: M2000 Expe Scheme Nice job tough

Oh I saw a Polish aerobatic team called "The Orliks" flying .. Orliks . It was at Dijon air base (france) in 2000 or something like that. Nice little nervous bird ;)

Wow ! truely one of the best mod I've ever used for the game ! stunning job everyone ! One issue for me: I use the last weapons pack, but when I chose the "strike" mission for USMC I'm carrying training laser-guided bombs instead of the true one. Tried to fix it in the loadout ini but nothing happened. I've some problems with my weapons because the list is very long (more than 2000 entries) ! maybe that's the nest of the problem.

Here is what I usually do: Open your Mig-21MF folder > open Mig-21MF_data > scrolldown to this line: [Canopy] SystemType=HIGHLIFT_DEVICE DeploymentMethod=AUTOMATIC_SPEED Setting[1].Angle=30.0 Setting[1].DeployValue=15.0 Setting[1].RetractValue=10.0 MaxDeflection=30.0 MinDeflection=0.0 ControlRate=2.0 AnimationID=4 and change the 2 first lines by those 3 lines : [Canopy] SystemType=ANIMATION InputName=ANIMATION_1 DeploymentMethod=MANUAL Then, launch the game, clic options > control > customize > misc commands (bottom of the list) > animation keys 1 > and then type the key you want to be assigned to open your canopy, for example I chose "J" I hope this will fix your problem, I didn't try it with this mod. ;)

You probably hit the animation key that opens the canopy of some aircrafts. You need to check out your game settings to find which one of your keyboard key is assigned to this function.
