you can upload only the skin whithou having to ask permission to anybody... if it includes .LOD files, you have to ask permission and give credits in the readme to the original author. -

Well, Venezuela and china are mobilizing themselves and they do critisize West . but in all aspects US deserves a huge point for such mobilization, they're putting more men there than my country in peace mission, just feel ashemed to not help more. and yeah, you're right in your observation.

Unfortunatelly sucha a tragedy, we lost 11 men in main base during the earthquake. glat to see US is giving such a big help, while our lazy ass government still figuring what they can do for those people.

well, i listend every time from my modeling friends that they get pissed in doing animations and its the hardest part of the job.... anyway...most of converted models have huge disfunctions such misplaced polygons and shadow problems. -
