Danke, mein herren !

Well, apparently the way good ol Mr.T berates the running guy for not running "like a man" is considered offensive and desultory towards gay men ? Which in itself is an insult anyway for assuming all gay men would run like that ( hell, maybe they do, lol). Crazy fer fer ferked up world we're living in that's for sure.

Squadron Decal Question
Syrinx replied to Royohboy's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
Very nice! Always nice to see the old workhorses in later life. Looking forward to trying them. Personally I tend to stick with the Razbam Skyraiders. Maybe a French\Gabon skin later ? Keep up the good work -
LMAO ! Hold that thought ...and if you ever need to "prolong certain matters", shall we say...it should do the trick Anyhow this has gone off on a strangely wild tangent, my fault of course. Just shows ya, six degrees of separation...the Skyraider to Graham Chapman in drag! Only at CA folks. Lets get back on track now pur-leeeze (poor old Kirbykern will be spinning in his cockpit !)

That's ok X-RAY, but the whole idea of BOB II is to be as realistic as possible and there were limited aircraft types involved. Perhaps in a future update they may include the Italian aircraft which participated in the battle ! Personally I'd like to fly a Blackburn Skua or Roc (don't laugh) and try to emulate S/Leader D.H. Clarke's exploits. see here http://freespace.virgin.net/john.dell/Memories.htm#Shunned

Sorry, wasn't a very good analogy really was it. Hope I'm bagless, sure I'm bagless...if I wasn't I'd be a bag and that's not nice. Not at all. Actually I have quite a nice collection of handbags (I think that's purses to you over the pond types) Ah never mind. ...you don't need to see my bag...we don't need to see her bag...you can go about you're business...she can go about her business, move along...

I'll be honest...I saw nothing except the back of my eyelids til early afternoon. Sunday is my lazy lazy day when I can get away with it. When I did finally emerge into daylight I was treated to the sight of a guy in a microlight passing over my house very low about a couple of hundred feet. He disappeared in the direction of the Humber Bridge...hope he didn't hit it.

Thanks for the heads up. Good stuff. I'm like a dyson with an infinite suction chamber where Spad's are concerned. Thanks again !

Super stuff thanks Mike. Mr. A. Tentiontodetail. ps: sorry if I haven't replied to any emails lately my friend. -
This commercial has been on our TV's for quite a while over here. I think about how many takes it took to film when he bites into the snickers...must have had snickers-o-phobia after the first few.

I assume you have winrar to decompress the files you've downloaded, right ? When you have extracted the files, inside one of the folders will be a readme text file. Read that, it gives you the instructions on how to add the aircraft and other bits etc. -

Very nice that, Don ! A sexy SLUF, who'd have thought it ! -
Keep safe Sparko and best of British from me.

Yes, the same method employed by Barnes Wallace when designing the bouncing bomb. When it rolled down the dam front a hydrostatic charge exploded the torpex at a predetermined depth. The shockwave was enhanced considerably due to the above. Kaboom. Mother nature helps out!

Crikey. Had that have been for real I think we'd have seen a complete crew loss on the ship. It went down so fast.

I find the whole Soviet space programme quite fascinating. The early unmanned stuff like the Venera's and Mars probes. Read a great book by Dave Scott (of Gemini 8, Apollo 9 & Apollo15 fame) and Alexei Leonov (Voskhod 2, ASTP) chronicling their respective countries space programme "Two sides of the Moon". Super read, if you're into such things.

Yes, I saw that on the news. Copycat idiot, what else did he expect?

UFOs on WOE: Solomon Islands Map

Oh...I thought it was the sun shining out of someones behind ! Imagine explaining that to the CO "nothing on radar Sir, but it sure is windy up here..." -
I know. It's ridiculous how far it's got. Everything looks ok on one level, but when you dig a little deeper and look into things there's a whole new layer of the nanny state poking it's large unwanted pimply nose in. We're tagged, bagged and gagged from the cradle to the grave I think. Some stuff I can live with (security issues etc) but it's the rest of it that's really bugging me. Oh for a green card. I love my country but "my country" and the ideals I hope it stands for is being fast eroded. Sad to say, but I'd emigrate tommorrow should the opportunity arise. Anyway this is getting far too political for a pub. Mine's a pint of Stella, who's buying...oops don't want to go over the government recommendation of daily alcohol limits now do we. Really, you couldn't make it up.

Well, this is true... Council refuse collectors in certain parts of England will not dispose of your rubbish if you do not present your wheelie-bin in the correct place or position as stipulated by your local council. Even not correctly aligninng the said wheelie-bin perpendicular to the pavement edge may result is a missed collection. Utter madness. So I am rebelling big time. We have recycling bins (microchipped of course, so that Big Brother knows how often you use them) which I refuse to now use. Sod 'em. I don't recycle, I don't accept the global warming bullshize anyway. I'll do what I like, when I like. Not when some pencil-necked-do-gooder-leftie moron tells me to. There, that's got it off my chest. Umbrella use limits...just around the corner. You'll see

Nothing really. I'm just keeping the flag flying for Britannia, bless her cotton socks.

You can count me in too, of course. Only done a few skins and a few .ini tweaks but you gotta start somewhere, right
