It is good to see that Jason's team is going back to wwI, but the planeset does not interest me I wish I had a "Battle Of Verdun" planeset, with Nieuport 11/16, french early two-seater, german Fokker EIII, Albatros CIII ... -

It is great that you are working so hard on the cockpit After all, when we fly one of your creation, 90% of the time, we see the cockpit, not the external plane :) Thank you !!!!

Seems that a lot of people does not have a sense of humour and that the pilot may have some problems :(

Soviet aircrafts
jeanba replied to Rapt0r's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
Hello and welcome :) Basically, you have to download mods (either full aircraft or cockpits) and install them Cold war soviet aircraft : https://combatace.com/files/category/478-soviet-origin/ aircraft cockpit : https://combatace.com/files/category/724-jet-cockpits/ You can also dowload full campaigns such as NATO Fighters : https://combatace.com/files/category/436-missions-campaigns/ Edit : For "mod folders" and "modded installs", this thread can help : -
The main interest of rotary engine was their reliability and ease of maintenance.

The Spad 13 235 hp was good and reliable in the french forces. The spad 13 220 hp was not very reliable, and the Spad 13 200 hp was absolutly unreliable unless maintained by a skilled mecanician. It seems that the problems were vibrations generated by the engine which damaged or broke the cooling system (as reported by meeting minutes beetween the aircraft maker and the French forces representatives) But archives are a little sketchy Note that most french aces were either highly skilled mecanicians (such as Fonck) or worked with very good mecanicians (Guynemer ...). This was often key to their success, but particularly with the Spad 13 Lot of French pilots kept their trusty Spad 7 180 cv until July 1918, such as for instance Pelissier (an ace with 8-12 kills, officially 8)

That looks good. The Nieuport 24 was a bad fighter, ordered because of lack of Spad 7, but it is very "sympathetic to fly" anyway. Will you have a nice cockpit also ?

A-4E or A-4H (72)?

I never had any ptoblem with the DEFA, far superior to the Colt. My favorite Mig Killer anyway
