HERE or HERE You old-timers won't know anything about this, and you young punks (me included) probably only know about the supernatural combat smash-up that was Dragonball-Z (it DID have a MiG-29 getting torn apart in the opening sequence, after all). But the original Dragonball show was rather more... entertaining. To me, at least. Anyway, I was hoping to see the new movie cast with a bunch of awesome celebreties as the bosses that guarded the 6 other dragon balls, like in the animé, but they obviously didn't do that. So here's my idea. Make a better version of this sure-to-be stinker movie, with Mr.T, Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan, Meat Loaf, Lemmy Von Motorhead and Ronnie James Dio as the bosses. Would that not be the most awesome cast possible? If not, please inform me.

what video card/drivers are you using, and do you have the latest directX? Other than checking that, you might want to try lowereing some graphics settings so that the game doesn't demand as much from your hardware. WHat game is it exactly, and is your new computer running Vista? -

heheheh... buddy taking... you have to be pretty sure of the Hornet's masculinity to post a picture of that. You know what Tomcatters think about those Hornets topping each other off! Maybe I should try my hand at this mid-air refueling stuff... -
I think the CAF CF-18 pilots are more than excited about this... Heck, I would be too. Sure beats flying patrols over weapon ranges. Now it's making me want a CF-105 for SF so I can pull off some more interesting intercepts over the Great White North...

that picture alone made me suddenly want the Tornado F.3... and that skin. -

Apparently they're trying to increase their presence over the north pole area, because of potential oil and the potential NorthWest Passage. I don't see what the big deal is. What are they gonna do, reconaissance us into submission with their bears?

I played rugby last year, but ater plying football so much, I didn't really enjoy it that much. There was also the fact that there were only 14 people on our team, and we were playing 15 to a side. I wish there was a house rugby or football leauge in my town, but there isn't, only the real competative stuff. boy, do I miss knocking Offensive-linemen on their butts (I was right D-end... OORAH!) and then leveling those pansy QBs...

Whatabout Canada's indigenous Century-series intercepter, the Avro CF-105 Arrow? There's a huge cult following for this sucker, us Canadians really think we had a winner here. Fly-by-wire and Mach 2+ in 1959, you know. -

Oh, come on. Where's the fun in that? Would you rater drop a handfull of high explosive grapefruits at your target or 2000 pounds of Uncle Sam's finest in a slick case, destined to blow the target, the target's revetement and anything else in the immediate area into the next dimension with an explosion that would put the Death Star to shame? Like most problems in life, this one can be solved with brute force. Remember, if it doesn't work, you're just not using enough. -
Today sucked. School was a write-off, so I came home thinking things couldn't get worse. Silly me. I had to chip the ice off the driveway (3 INCHES in some places!), and then we had to generally clean up becuse a realtor was coming through to look (we're trying to sell, but the market is kaput). I finally got on the computer, looking forward to taking my anger out on a few communist tanks, and I loaded my OV-10A for bear. En route, my flight of 2 Broncos was bounced by 6 MiGs (2 -17s and 4 -21s). Big deal, I thought. I'll just out-slow and out-turn them and knock them down with my M-60s. Unfortunately, all 6 had compiled on my wingie's tail, and as soon as I looked that direction, even from about 2 miles off, the screen froze and went black. I was presented and error report telling me that "SFP1 has encountered problems and needs to close". F*CK YOU TOO. I am now going to do homework. This is not a "what is wrong with my system/game" thread (I know what's wrong. Everything.), it is a "Misery Loves Company" thread. Did the stars align this poorly for anybody else today?
-
Just what exactly is Error code 7217? I'm guessing that it can be resolved my a fresh install or the latest driver.

From now on, If I'm ever feeling down, I can always look at myself and say "Well, at least I don't have a mullet." No offence SW. In fact, from now on, I'm lowering my standards. As long as I don't get shot at and don't have a near-death experience, It's a good day. Now I just hope that these gang conflicts here get worked out.
-
Whoops, sorry guys. I didn't mean to start a useless thread that causes conflict, I just needed to blow off some steam. I suppose I didn't anticipate the possible outcomes of this thread, next time I'll just call a friend. And it is very true that company does not like misery. Perhaps this thread is better off closed.

now that you mention it, by all means no. I find this place a nice break from the strict regieme of living in a "politically correct" society. I guess I've been spending too much time around disturbed youth who seem all too happy to take most inuendos too far. -
That's a good one!

"you can take out every MiG in the the soviet employment, but if you RTB to find a Russian tank commander eating breakfast at the O club, you've lost the war, Jack." and how does Zur get away with those kinds of posts? -
Math contest this morining, 25 questions, one hour, tough as sh!t. Fell asleep in English class, watched Fiddler on the Roof in Religion class (sleeping interupted by singing), bashed through French, and then got any remaining willpower beaten out of me playing goalie for European Handball in P.E. Oh, and it's still cold and miserable out. well, I'm off to do homework and go to bed. Perhaps tomorrow will be an action-packed 24 hours of excitement, adrenaline, romance and conflict, but I doubt it.
