I am running SF1 in windows 7 just fine, but the 2008 nor the 2006 weapons editor will allow me to open files. In fact the only thing that will work on it is the create new weapon feature. Otherwise its just a white screen. Any help here? Im planning to download SF2 on my other computer when I get it fixed, but until then I dont want to be flying around with no missiles on my Soviet fighters!!

im having a problem every once in awhile where the game starts fine, but then when I click fly the game drops back to the desktop instead of loading. Anyone know what to do?

I am probably wrong, but it looks like there are two base model MiG 31-s The MiG-31B seems larger than the other mods, and the missiles appear the proper size on it. The other mods are beautiful and I use them all, but are they a bit smaller scale?

Thats the same stuff I have read. I just wondered since the downloadable Su-9A has guns on it but I can find no reference to an A anywhere.

I can find pictures of the Su-9B everywhere, but I can find no reference to a gun armed A model.

I really cant think of any other air combat simulator that makes me feel that busy........ Thats why its my favorite, its not just playing a game, its alot of learning history too.

Yes thank you fellas, Downloaded it and I have never seen a better game. Dead serious It sent chills up my spine the terrain the flak, its as close as I will ever get to flying combat over Vietnam. Thanks to the Makers!!!

I have tried a couple of MIG-25's and I cant get the R-40/AA-6 to show up. I know how to do this stuff, or do I? lol I havent had any problems with other weapons, so does anyone know if there is a problem with the MiG-25 data file?

Well basically all I know is that my monitor won't even turn on unless I hook it to the motherboard. It wont register with either port on the video card, and my computer isnt even registering it. I downloaded the driver from the NV website, and it wont install because it said components cant be found.

Well hopefully I get lucky the computer expert dude that I work with is telling me that my motherboard will support PCI 16 2.0 so we will see. Otherwise, I dont know how Im going to live without any flight simulators they are the only thing keeping me sane

That is the greatest website I have ever seen Thats where I got it from late in '07 The trick is going to be getting a new 256 or better PCI 16 video card so that I dont have to re-build my whole computer. I would like to go 512 this time but who knows.

Probably a dumb question, but I used to have YAP 1 and it had awesome low level flak that fired fast and followed the aircraft. Is there anywhere I can just get this flak?

I was just noticing as I re install WOV for about the 3rd time in the last six years as my computer took a crash, as I was re-adding the F-104C and D, that it only has 2 missile stations. I did some research, and It looks like this is accurate. Well, I noticed that the original SFP1 F-104G has the 2 belly stations, but everywhere I look I dont see any F-104 having the double belly stations until the F-104S. Does anyone kn ow for sure which model was the first with the centerline AIM-9 stations? Thanks Kelly

I never fly air to ground missions on this game, but I noticed that when I was on intercept that the bombers werent dropping anything. So I put myself in a bomber, and even though it said I had bombs on the loadout screen, I had none when I started the mission. I tried this in every aircraft, but the bombs arent there. They are in my object folder, and I know they used to work, so im not really sure where to go from here....

Im just glad that with all the Thirdwire games and OFF and ROF, and now with Jet Thunder, that we have alot more Genres to play in other than WW2 and modern Day.
