  1. Is their a way to control witch aircraft numbers that are assigned? I have 26 AC Number tgs's and a proper Numbers LST file. The game keeps numbering the first aircraft with the last number so all the rest are blank. Other then assigning the AC numbers in the load out screen witch is a pain in the rudder. I don't want to make 73 more decals. WOE patched 10/8
  2. WOE 1 Patched 10/8 Stock TW HunterFGA9 This is probably Old Stuff, But This is the First time I flew the HunterFGA9. Looking at the pic, Is the missing texture Just in my copy of the game?? Or Is there a fix? Raven

  6. It took me 3 month's to figure out what was causing this anomaly. I thought that it was my video card was going south, no not that, Graphics setting in the game, no not that.Something with the AC skin,no not that,Just this aircraft, no others too. Power failure at home reset everythinnnng,no not fixed, Complete reinstall on a new Harddrive,FIXED YA!, no not fixed.I said to myself 'Self' This never happens with my PTO install,Just the WOE? "BINGO" Desktop shortcuts!!! My PTO shortcut is on the desktop,My WOE is on the popup bar at the bottom. I got so use to Double clicking the PTO shortcut that when I went back to flying Jets that I was hitting the mouse twice and loading the game twice, man the frame rate sure takes a hit. So watch that "trigger" finger. Raven

  10. I been messing with the engine rpm settings of the Ki-43Ib to hide the slow prop(has no fast prop) and I don't remember the numbers, but the prop did the same thing,Stop, turn slow, disapear. So you might try ajusting the numbers. SlowPropRPM= FastPropRPM= MaxPropRPM= IdlePropRPM= Also I found that aircraft won't takeoff on autopilot if their overweight. just installed the mig 9 and it just rolled down the runway. I dumped the droptanks and she took off real fine . The drop tank sepcs(weapondata.ini)say that the tanks weigh 800kg each,Their setup for 260 Gallons ,should be 260 liters??(Still looking for the ref.).Poor Ac was tring to takeoff with f-4 wing tanks. Don't know if any of this helps. Other then the prop how dose it fly? Nice looking Bird!!! Raven Note: I helped rebuild a crashed 02 in A+P School
  11. What Painting program are you using? With PhotoShop you could open the screenshot, select an area ,copy to a new .bmp, then reduce the image size till you get close to a single color. Try to select an area without lines or weather, highlights, ect. Best I could do. Raven

  15. Just checked my WeaponEdit And for the 10/8 patched version I'm using the 01/2002 Editor v 1.0.0.1 The newest (For WOI) one won't work at the 10/8 patch level. I think ,have to recheck. (Gun Edit 11/2004)SF1/WOV/WOE
  16. Lost me at Win 7 Never used it. Best I could do. In XP It was the Weapons folder on my system. Are the Guns showing?
  17. What Operating system are you using? What is the last patch ?10/8? Did the game Generate A weapons folder? If not make one in the Objects folder and put the Weaponsdata.ini in there.
  18. The stock effect is in the FlightData.cat "Particlesystem.ini" , If you have a "20mmFireEffect" in the effects folder the game will use that one. Just delete that one (in the effects folder) an the game will use the stock effect. Unless you extracted the Particlesystem.ini file and changed it, then you have to deleate that or edit it to keep any other changes that you have made. This goes for WOE 1 , Whitch version are you running? Raven
  19. Were the Black or Dark green painted nose cowlings on Japanese aircraft used by just the Navy or were they used by both the Army and the Navy? I can’t find a reference.
  20. Yes. I would like that . to work form a templete. Mostly I stick a skin in Photoshop and derender it and rebuild . (Pixel by bloody pixel) then chop them into slices. and stick them back togeather. Is this the Oscar template you have?

  22. Ki -51 Sonia The first two pic's are both Navy a zero and a B6n.
  23. The decal will conform to the object's Mesh, if there are flaws the decal will follow them. I believe. others may no more. Raven
  24. Which P-38 Do you have? The F,H and the L are WOLF257's . Also I just checked and AVHistory's site says that you need the P-38J -25, But their link goes here to Wolf's WW2 Planes Pak (P-38 H/L). That does not have that plane.

On 15 August 1937, eight of the Boeing fighters from the Chinese Air Force 3rd Pursuit Group 17th Squadron based at Chuyung airfield, engaged eight out of 20 Mitsubishi G3M Japanese bombers from the Kisarazu Air Group sent to attack Nanking. The Chinese Boeing fighters helped shoot down two of the four Japanese bombers destroyed that day without suffering any losses. Subsequent engagements between the Chinese "Peashooter" pilots and pilots of the Imperial Japanese Navy flying the Mitsubishi A5M "Claudes" were Asia's first ever aerial dogfights and kills between monoplane fighter aircraft.
