I did not know that the 431st flew 102's. I was one of the "last of the Red Devils" when the 431 TES was decommissioned in 1992. Gotta get me that skin, great job!

Nope, they actually made prototypes; This one looks more like the original than the "F." Looks like a cool little scoot with a surprising amount of punch, will have to give it a go when I get off of work.

I ended up getting it from GoGamer.com. $13 shipped, but that is via a rented burro, `twould seem. Way too late for getting in on the skin contest, but bushels of fun when it gets here...

4 days from slapping the submit key, to it arriving in my mailbox. Impressive. But now I can't find my CFS3 CD to save my bacon. Another few days wait to get one from Amazon. Arrgghh!

This sounds like a very cool premise, as I love the more modern day chase games in the sky! Cold War 2 sounds even more fun...

Until there is a major revamp of terrain, I am still holding off on the "new" series. I hate to be a nay-sayer, but ground that looks little better than EAW released over a decade ago just no longer cuts it. Have you seen the terrain on that arcade thingie "HAWX?" There is a big gulf that exists between the two, both released this year...

Well, this is just the punt I needed to finally order it. You know, you keep thinking "oh yeah, I've been meaning to," when you stop by and are in town and yada-yada. Preliminary testing is going well, if not a little slowly. Real life with Spring sproinging up makes time a little difficult for all. The honey-do's and such really put a crimp on stick time...
