  3. For a fast mover that uses the TAR bombing method, she hits pretty well! Took the "C" up on it's maiden flight on the range, lovin' the 81st skins, and popped 2 targets with 1 bomb (Mk 83's) each. Tried a different tact for a nuke, 20,000 level, and missed by a mile. Not too sure what else to do with the ol' girl, but she shore is pretty...

  7. Well submitted, and well chosen! I am, of course, envious. Not so much for the cool Wright-Pat swag, but for the talent displayed. I honestly tried to make something happen, and failed miserably, which makes my appreciation of this great work that much higher. Great job by all who submitted!

  10. Oh, man. I actually went and investigated it, and wondered where the association with a "barely made it" San Francisco singer was with this aircraft. Wikipedia also mentioned Leigh-Mallory at the top, and found the Vice Air Marshall to be quite interesting, but still didn't see the connection. Big wings? Ga-roan. Luckily your 3D modeling is much better than your attempts at comedy...

  12. The ones I've seen in campaign don't seem to be static, as their props are spinning. Usually when making the last 1 or 2 missions into Beirut, north of the AFB, in the city, is a prop spinning An-12. Seen a few here an there doing the same in other spots as well. Go ahead and try to pistol whip `em. They will suck up all your 20 mm, and leave you low on altitude...

    Yeah, baby! Man, I'd love to be at Fenway to see the next couple of games. My dozens of visits as a kid in the late 60's and early 70's were fruitless. It would be good to have my Dad there to see the magic. Go Red Sox!

  22. Hi. This is my 1st post. (Shh... He said n00bs!) I would like to see other aircraft selectable while in campaign. Like is available in the single missions. Like you're flying a mud-mover, and you want to bring along some Allied aircraft as built in SEAD/Escort. I haven't been flying long enough to know any other cool things, but this would be nice. (Shhh... I'm a n00b!)
