  1. Good info to know. Maybe something to add to the knowledge base? I plan on going scorched earth on my installs and making one ma-hoosive one with the latest patches. Does anyone know if this combined directory will fit on one DVD? Just stock stuff, no add-ons. Kind of a Strike Fighters Platinum or summat...
  2. Nice vid! Can it be cobbled to work on the ground? You know, `hot pit' style? It is the only ingredient missing in my much sought after ICT, or Integrated Combat Turn. IFR would be cool as well! Is this an added item with the patch?
  3. You know, I'm thinking I just may go scorched earth as well. It will take a lot of tweaking to get things back the way I want, but I have such a ginormous amount of HDD real estate with all these varied installs. Install, patch, combine and tweak. I have the day off tomorrow for my wife's Birthday, but I'm sure she won't mind me taking half the day get my Thirdwire sims squared away, eh?
  4. Here's a real life nose art from a li'l ol' base just up the street from me...
  5. Back at it...

I hate to admit it, as an Air Force afficiando, but I agree. That there Super Hornet is fan-dam-tastic! Now that I have just cleared my desk of my most recent project, I am gonna fire that bad-boy back up. Of course, I did make a USAF test squadron skin for it... :D
  6. They're not formed up, they are just trying to hide themselves behinf each other! Yeah, I know, it's just to see where things go/placeholder, but I saw the opening, and had to thake the shot! You understand...
  7. Hey, the more the merrier, ya know? Seeing as both are prospective purchasers, it'd be cool to see `em all!
  8. It looks like an Israeli Air Force skin may be becoming even more appropriate as well...
  9. Su-39

This is one jet that has been sorely missing from this series for quite a while. I look forward to the Soviet A-9! Lookin' good!
  10. Have flown my 2006 Lebanon War 2 a half dozen times or so. The opposition does seem a bit lacking, at least in the air to mud department, but I have no issue with that...
  11. I think it was a similar situation, but the 4th version would have been called the B-1R-d, and that is just too similar to the Gu-11. >Grabs jacket< Hey, Jimmy, wait up!
  12. Dang! That would make it capable of wall-to-wall carpet bombing!
  13. In the immortal words of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, "Give it away, give it away, give it away now!"
  14. Radial engines do sound cool, don't they? The Stearman boys fly 5 shippers over ny neighborhood most weekends in the summer, love the rumble...
  15. I was always enamored with the Valkyrie, it just looks dead sexy to me. And one helluva fire breathing beast it was. I look forward to Nhengo's rendition, as I found the early release to be all but unflyable...
  16. Ya know, I've seen you post up a lot of questions in the last few days, and most, like this, are very easily researched. Maybe more reading, and less typing? Just a thought...
  17. Boo-yeah! This outta rock hard. But I just took 2 weeks of vacation, I reckon I'm screwed! I will find the time...
  18. But it's got 4 blades, it will lose it's "whop-whop" noise...
  19. Maybe post `em both up? Choices are a good thing, and both look rockin', IMHO...
  20. I think it looks Sierra Hotel! Great job, SpadGirl...
  21. What kills me is that MS has clung tenaciously to that travesty for so many years. The one program they saw fit NOT to improve since Windows for Workgroups 3.11. Sheesh...
  22. A Hill jet, no less. Spent my last 3 years on IRR outta Hill AFB, Utah. Most coolio...
  23. Then create your own FM tuned to hard mode? Best of luck with that, it is an exceedingly difficult bunch of editing...
