  1. Impressive numbers for a highly impressive aircraft. Possibly the most anticipated aircraft for this sim series, and very well done...

  3. That looks like a cool deal, but an external smoke dispenser would be very cool, you could add it to any station like a weapon. Hit the drop buton with pod selected, smoke on! Once again, smoke off. Maybe using the AIM-9 LOD or summat?
  4. Just off the top of my head, as I am at work, I believe the BLU-107 is the Durandal. Rocket or bomb type, I'd imagine, but the weight may be a killer, as they are hefty, especially in groups, wich is how they like to travel.

  8. I've been using that USAF Fighters background for my main install for a few years as well. The only issue I have is on the stats screen it is too scrunched up to show kills. Hits and percentage, but not actual shoot downs. And what did you do, fly straight at it, BLT? He sure did pound you with 30mm!

    I gave it a quick search, and recall an INI change to make the view dimensions zero, or summat. Am at work now, so can't dig too deep. Look through the flightengine.ini, IIRC.

  12. Yessir, Stevo, it is for any of the SF:P1 sims, WoV or Woe. Grab it from the link above, open it up in WinZip, and read the readme.txt. After following the directions, you'll be up and running in the venerable Raptor!

  14. We used to call them "tits." You know, more useless than tits on a Warthog? Guess you had to be there. On the left side is the fuel access, and where we used to stow all the pins for munitions at the End of Runway (EOR) checks. I believe the new black tit is a no-paint item, so is some form of sensor, not unlike the no-paint areas on radar domes. Just a SWAG on my part, however...

    Well, it has been 20 years ago, so I don't recall any "cal.bar." There was this little hole in the wall, call the hole in the wall, that I had my 1st calzone at, and around the corner on the main street was a big ol' bar that I got polluted at a few times, but don't recall one by that name...

  24. I have them all, since the SF:P1 beta. As to the fave, it would have to be WoE, as I was a wrench on the A-10 in USAFE in the early 80's. It is cool flying out of the WaFOL's I went TDY to while there. Would like a better terrain as well, but sometimes you gotta just use what is offered...
