Im trying to find out the approximate value of a DANELECTRO LONGHORN 6 STRING, on a scale of 1 - 10, Id say its 5 or 6, not that its thrashed, just been played a lot. The neck is straight, the frets seem to be level, but has wear spots from years of use and the tone and volume pots are scratchy. I cant find a serial number ANYWHERE on this. They were sometimes called a "tic-tac" bass in nashville, any help would be appreciated, thanx

So, lesser offenses require less proof? At least thats how I took your opening statement, maybe you meant something else. I do understand the rest of what you said, but then others have been convicted on purely circumstansial (sp) evidence.
All I know is that I can now add another name to my list of people to visit if i ever find out I have an incureable disease.

was the puppy in eminent danger of being flattened by an m1-abrahms tank, were the taliban about to execute it for being too cute? Did that radioman adopt the puppy as the squad mascot and take him along for the ride or did he just stop and scratcth its head and say "seeya later pup" Thats what I meant by saying you were reading a lot into it, and "lets hope thats what happened" does not qualify as "stomping all over it" in my book.
Sorry if I ruined anyones "feel good moment" in the middle of a situation where people are being blown to itty bitty pieces, my bad

was going thru some old photo albums and came across abunch of b/w's of when we visited normandy in the early 60's, bunkers, grave markers, memorials, me, my sis and brother in a blowd up car with blowd up buildings in the background, pics of battle plans and such. Ill scan them tommorrow and post them. strange that it was merely 20 years after the war when those pics were taken. Damn, Im old.

incidents such as this one, the christmas truce of WW1, and most likely many, many others, sadly kept secret are what keeps the faint glimmer of whats left of our collective humanity alive, please, if given the same opportunity, dont be afraid to take it, no matter what the reprocussions may be,
PEACE,

flight demonstration video set to nice tune. The shot of the little boy mimicking the flight with his model was a nice touch. I tell ya what, if there was a devil, Id probably sell my soul to have the chance to fly like that. Ive said it here before, and I'll say it again.DO YOU GUYS HERE THAT DO THIS FOR REAL KNOW HOW FORTUNATE YOU ARE? (no response to that is needed, cos Im sure you do know)
