  1. Thank you, Niels. Asked for this last year, especially the U.S. bombs. 500 and 1000 pounder are using the same LOD.
  2. I've never noticed that the offset distance was in the Viewlist. I've always changed it in the cockpit.ini (which was tedious when you have a lot of addons). Learn something new every day.
  3. Malibu, Since you're using the Sept 08 patch, I noticed something different in the Rolling Thunder campaign.ini. A new command line: GroundOffensiveAllowed=FALSE has been added under both Friendly and Enemy. The campaign file you posted has the Enemy line set to TRUE, and the Friendly set to FALSE (which appears to be the default for both in the new patch). What happens if you set this back to FALSE for the Enemy data?
  4. Yeah, but I like the way it looks compared to the stock F-4 seat. The cushion and ejection ropes look more 3-D.
  5. This works great. Here's my Razbam BN with the Martin-Baker ejection seat. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a21/Czech6/copilot1.jpg I did notice that climbing through an overcast layer, my cockpit was cloudy. Guess that's inherent to the OpenCockpit.
  6. I just tried it. Put the F-4ES in my Aircraft directory. Extracted the WOVCAMPL2_DATA.ini from the Flight CAT. Made the changes to 555th from F-4E to F-4ES. Saved the WOVCAMPL2_DATA.ini to the LinebackII directory in the Campaigns directory. Started a campaign and selected Linebacker II from the drop down campaign menu (default is Rolling Thunder). I have an F-4ES in my loading screen for the 555th.
  7. Look into the Steel Tiger forum thread here.
  8. Thanks for this plug-in. It's great for scrolling through decals.
  9. Go in the data.ini and change: [Tailhook] SystemType=ARRESTOR_HOOK SystemType=ARRESTER_HOOK
  10. Peter01, You copied the same web link twice. For the Dr1: http://cplengineeringllc.com/SFP1/Skunworks1.html
  11. Fubar, Aren't the single mission carrier operations custom scripted? I've never used the mission editor. If you place the escorts on the map do they follow the carrier, or do you have to plot their course the same as the carrier.
  12. If you extract and modify the campaign_data.ini file don't put it back in the sim's flight folder (don't ask me how I know). It goes into the individual campaign file inside the campaign folder along with the campaign.ini file, which you'll also need to modify if you add squadrons.
  13. AAA ships wouldn't be a bad thing for WWII missions, but it's my understanding that Ship Attack is not working in campaigns (although Balitka seems to have found a work around in BOB) so this may only be of use for single missions. What I was getting at was at least having escort vessels around your carrier when you return from a mission instead of the solo carrier (just for looks). However, I suppose you could up the rate of fire for the one vessel firing SAM's (That's what I did to the AAA in WOV because I didn't know how to add extra gun sites. Now I get lots of flak and kills {me}).
  14. Here's an out-of-the-box thought. If we can make the weapons on the ships work, but the escort ships won't follow the carrier, can we make the escort ships weapons systems on the carrier but attached several hundred yards away in space? (Got this idea when my rockets were suspended in space but following my aircraft).
  15. Looks like you found the answer. Here's what I'm using: [LeftWingStationFuel] SystemType=WEAPON_STATION StationID=16 StationGroupID=4 StationType=EXTERNAL AttachmentPosition=-2.90,0.08,-0.770 AttachmentAngles=0.0,0.0,0.0 LoadLimit=1020.6 AllowedWeaponClass=FT AttachmentType=NATO,USN,USAF ModelNodeName= PylonMass=108.9 PylonDragArea=0.03 FuelTankName=Tank_OV-10 [RightWingStationFuel] SystemType=WEAPON_STATION StationID=17 StationGroupID=4 StationType=EXTERNAL AttachmentPosition=2.90,0.08,-0.770 AttachmentAngles=0.0,0.0,0.0 LoadLimit=1020.6 AllowedWeaponClass=FT AttachmentType=NATO,USN,USAF ModelNodeName= PylonMass=108.9 PylonDragArea=0.03 FuelTankName=Tank_OV-10
  16. Malibu, Try the OV-10 150 gal. tank. I'm using it on the A-4 and the A-1.
  17. Interesting. In my Red Falcons download the Korean War_Data.ini shows both 1/196 (MiG-15) and 351 (La-11) with Nation=Nkorea. The Korean War.ini file shows both as [SovietUnit001] UnitName=1/196th Fighter Aviation Regt ForceID=2 UnitID=8 StartDate=1951 DescFile=196th.txt StartText=Korean WarStart1.txt [SovietUnit002] UnitName=351st IAP ForceID=2 UnitID=13 StartDate=1950 DescFile=351stIAP.txt StartText=Korean WarStart1.txt Try changing the [sovietUnit001] to [NkoreaUnit001]. Or, if you want it to be a Soviet unit, changing: [AirUnit038] AircraftType=MiG-15bis UnitName=1/196th Fighter Aviation Regt ForceID=2 Nation=Nkorea DefaultTexture=NKoreanSilver1 StartDate=11/2/1950 BaseArea=Siping AB (PRC) RandomChance=100 MaxAircraft=20 StartAircraft=20 MaxPilots=16 StartPilots=16 Experience=40 Morale=80 Supply=100 Intelligence=20 UpgradeType=Never MissionChance[sWEEP]=90 MissionChance[CAP]=90 MissionChance[iNTERCEPT]=90 MissionChance[ESCORT]=0 MissionChance=0 MissionChance[CAS]=0 MissionChance[sEAD]=0 MissionChance[ARMED_RECON]=0 MissionChance[ANTI_SHIP]=0 MissionChance[RECON]=0 to: [AirUnit038] AircraftType=MiG-15bis UnitName=1/196th Fighter Aviation Regt ForceID=2 Nation=Soviet DefaultTexture=NKoreanSilver1 StartDate=11/2/1950 BaseArea=Siping AB (PRC) RandomChance=100 MaxAircraft=20 StartAircraft=20 MaxPilots=16 StartPilots=16 Experience=40 Morale=80 Supply=100 Intelligence=20 UpgradeType=Never MissionChance[sWEEP]=90 MissionChance[CAP]=90 MissionChance[iNTERCEPT]=90 MissionChance[ESCORT]=0 MissionChance=0 MissionChance[CAS]=0 MissionChance[sEAD]=0 MissionChance[ARMED_RECON]=0 MissionChance[ANTI_SHIP]=0 MissionChance[RECON]=0
  18. You got me excited! I thought the latest update was out. Is this the Red Falcons Campaign for Korean Air War? If it is, it came out after Charles' first version of the campaign. His second version replaces the campaign files, so you'll have to cut and paste the data for the 196th unit out of the Red Falcons files back into the Korean War_Data.ini and the Korean War.ini files. Also, you'll have to cut and paste the 196th's text document out of the Red Falcons' campaign folder into the Korean War campaign folder (just for a intro when you start the campaign). If you've already done that, then check to make sure you have the MiG-15 flyable by having a cockpit folder and .ini file in the MiG folder. Well, did a quick search and it appears that this may be related to the the terrain: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showt...=korean+air+war
  19. '67 Vette, last of the breed.
  20. Anyone know the mesh name for the side fuselage and airbrake for Razbam's Skyraider (AD-4)?
  21. Thanks Mike. All is good. Used your A-1H lod as a guide to modify the AD-4 lod as I didn't know if they were the same model. Renumbered every other airbrake. I thought it was odd that there was an odd number of airbrakes until I flew the model to test the decals. Then I remembered that the Skyraider has a third airbrake under the fuselage. Renumbered that one to 03 and it appears that it still works. Not of any consequence in this skin, but might be an issue for a wrap around stripe that goes under the belly.
  22. Mike, I had your skin package already. However the star and bar is painted on and your readme says this: Final note: This mod does not have a star & bar decal for the fuselage/speed brake as the speed brake was named the same for both sides by the original creator of the Razbam LOD file. If you must have this decal also, E-mail me and I can tell you how to hex-edit the LOD file yourself to make it work and I will send you the needed .bmp and decals.ini files! Can you e-mail that information to me? Do I just change the name of one of the speed brakes using my hex editor?
  23. Look at this thread troop and see if it is the answer: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showt...7&hl=purple
