  1. Here are a few pics of No.22 Squadron and No.11 Squadron F2b's. Both will have wheel in their flight colors as well. So there will actually be 6 skins.
  2. Here are some pics of skins (Aviatik D.I mostly) and Phonix D.II's of multiple Fliks in the Summer of 1918. I will be doing a late war campaign with as many skins and aces I can scrounge up. Of course I'll have to use the Vogesen terrain again because it has mountains. But I will be renaming the airfields and cities this time.
  3. Austrian Fliks Summer 1918

    Thanks guys. If only someone would be interested in creating the proper terrain for an Austria-Italy campaign. It's beyond me. I've tried. I will be making SPAD7 and SPAD13 skins as well as Hanriot's and Nieuports for the italians too. It will be loads of fun to play. Lots of ground action too.
  4. Even if you dont get it to work there are a lot of skins for many different planes you can extract and use out side of the campaign. I've done a few more since the download that I havnt posted yet. I'm even going to work on a late war campain and an early war campaign. Thanks to Stephen1918's models!
  5. Here are three nice pics right from my "Caporetto" campaign. From 91a Squadriglia: Capt. Fulco Ruffo di Calabria, Ferruccio Ranza, and Giorgio Pessi going in for the kill.
  6. Almost all decals in FE are 128x128. If you want a higher resolution from an existing decal it would distort the decal. Going larger isnt that easy. You would have to create a new decal with the prefered resolution. then shrink it down to size in ( re scale) every aircrafts' Decal.INI for every texture folder. It would take a long time!. Considering all the add-ons with their own decals. You could just try to make new National Insignias. I think there's around 20 give or take. But agiam you would need to rescale those too. I've never noticed a problem w the decals myself. Hummm.

    Thats true. In my Caporetto campaign I've seen a bunch of Ca3's and some DFWC5's getting hit by Flak. It's cool to watch.

  10. This thread should be used for anyone with questions regarding the "Battle of Caporetto" campaign made by quack74. Anyone out there who might know an answer to a question please chime in. More help the better. You can PM me here as well. I'll do my best to help you all install this campaign correctly. There are a lot of files to make it all work. But well worth it. 1. This campaign was made for FE2. But rearanging some files it should work with FEG aswell. 2.   12. I've been using Townsends interactive map for about a year now. It's great. So much work had to have been put into building it. Lots of research. I use it for campaign building and a hand full of great single missions. Very handy to have in my favorites menu on my browser.
  13. Number one, This one is a beauty. And the FM's working out ok for me too. Number two, there are two shadow bugs coming off the top gun and the rear gun. Not sure of the exact locations (part names) but they're there on my model. See the two dark lines that go all the way to the shadow on the ground?

    The new LOD's did fix the shadow bugs. Thanks Stephen1918. There are a lot of 3rd party planes (older ones) that have shadow bugs. It's so annoying. Such a strange thing. It sucks having to turn off the shadows completely too. But over time some have been fixed. So just a few are left with the problem.
  15. Here are skins for No.29 Squadron Nieuport17's from early summer 1917. Note that the flight leader's aircraft has a colored cowl. ex: 1C has a blue cowl and 1B has a red one. This is done with decals so they will always appear that way. I just have to finish numbering all the decals. then I'll post these. I've been so busy with work lately I havnt been able to post many skins. I tried to do a decal for the wheel hubs but the hub parts bleed to the tire treads when decaling. So no go with that. Only the cowls will have to do. The serials on the rudder will be a bit bigger as well.

In any aircraft's DATA.ini file find the parameter "Availability" and change it to RARE, COMMON, or VERY_COMMON. in your case change the Aviatik D.1 to RARE and the Albatros and Fokkers to VERY_COMMON if they are not already. Thats all I can think of for now. Hope it helps somewhat.     Awsome stuff! With these new Nieuports I'm feeling an "Eastern Front" campaign coming on. There are plenty of planes for it now. Need to load up on Ace and skins info.
  18. Here is a video of the FM problem I'm having w Stephen1918's two-seaters. I'm using FE2 and the stock FM's with the Alb C.III and the Lloyd. Very strange how the AI dont leave the ground and how they make very sharp turns about 100m outside the airfield at takeoff. They dont stop until they hit something or a hill where they get some air. then the fly up and join me. Also when I do a time skip my plane's airspeed is so low when I arrive that my plane stalls. Any ideas? I've been messing a lot with their FM's but nothing seems to change. Again this seems to only happen with the Alb C.III and the Lloyd.
  19. Sorry guys I've been really busy. But I fixed the problem by swapping out the [AIDATA] and [FlightControl] parameters of the C.III with the AviatikCII using Peter01's FM. It seemed to do the trick. All the AI take off correctly.   21. My FE2 is modded like crazy. I couldnt even start to tell you where and how. But all my add-on aircraft work just fine. Even the others made by Stephen1918. It's only these two. If I start in-air they all stay in formation just fine and attack targets. Again ALL other aircraft work. I'm using Peter01 FM's and some I've done myself. Also it doesnt matter how many aircraft per flight and it doesnt matter what terrain I use. I'm stumped.

    I downloaded a video recorder called "Fraps" from fraps.com. It records in-game video's with a single key stroke and saves it to a folder. It's very cool. Frame rates do drop slightly though. What I really wanted to show is I'm having the same problem with your Alb C.III that I was having with the Lloyd. The AI wont leave the ground and they seem to jerk around on the ground until they hit an object. I've been messing with the DATA.ini but I cant get them to take off. So I wanted to show this with a video. Your other aircraft ( Aviatik, Phonix, and the Sikorsky) work just fine. Very strange. But regardless they are all awsome models.
