I sure will do some J 26's And I do use FokkerDr1.com for my references. It's a great site Lost of info there. I guess I should put up a patch for all my Jasta 2 Dr.1 skins. I did forget a major detail there :umnik2: Before the last game patch ( Nov ) I made some skins of Jasta 11 and 19. Those skins have a permanent Transitional German marking of april 1918. Then the new Patch had those markings added to the game. Kind of messed me up a bit. Now those skins only look right in March to June missions. I have to remove those markings so the planes can use the game markings. Then I can use those skins all through 1918. Kind of a step backwards. If anybody wants one of those skins I posted with no markings let me know. I'll be glad to fix'em for you. I'll have to do it anyway.

I was wondering if the Skin Download section could be changed to look like the Flight Model download section. For instance, selecting from a list of aircraft rather than searching through the whole lot looking for a particular skin. Click on Skins Download section, then click Fokker Dr.1's or Albatros's, Camels, etc. then select a skin for that plane. I only ask this because I would like to make a lot more skins from the stock models. It would be easier to find them in their own catagories rather than scrolling through 30 or so pages. I know it's a lot of work for you guys, I do. But in the long run ( I hope there is a long run ) It would make it easier for people to find a particular skin. I dont want to be the new guy telling people what to do but It would be more user friendly considering the amount of downloadable skins If I may add this is a great site. Everybody here is very helpful and quick to answer any question about First Eagles. And I'm not just saying that to kiss A@#

I hope the weathering isn't too much. I might have gone a little overboard. Seems a little too dark. Be honest. I'd like to know. Glad you like it though. By the way I forgot to make all the Jasta Boelcke skins w the white front cowl face. I made it on the Early Baumer skin though. I also fixed all of my Jasta 2's. If you want the fixed skins let me know. I could post a patch for all the Jasta 2 downloads in one file. Working on a good Udet or Kirchstein is a hard one. But will do. have a couple more 6's than 12's. And a couple of 11's. But not too many more to do No more good pics of Dr.1's. Oh well on to other aircraft I guess It's like Crack

I would like to do a lot more color schemes of different aircraft. Even more Dr.1's. Anybody ever read or use the Osprey or Windsock books for WWI aircraft. It's getting a little hard to find photos. I've been doing lots of searching on the web. But it's hard to find a pic with the correct color info, # and pilot.

Thanks guys! Now I feel better Hey bucky, consider it done. I've seen a photo of Baumers early Tripe. I just thought having two tripes of the same pilot would be a little much. Since most of them had to keep gettin new ones . But any how, I'll get on it. And I have a few more tripes to work on, some J6, J12, and J11. I need to do some research on some of these planes. Than I'll do some Alb DV's and Fok DVII's. I would also like to do some Pfalz's and Schurckerts. A lot of work to do :moil:

DAMN! All that for nothing! Well you can use the Raben skin in mission building along with some Albatros DV's I guess Too bad they would have looked cool w their red and white. Once again thanks for the info bucky Sorry to everyone who downloaded the Jasta 18 skins.
