I'd like to make some new skins for TK's English Electric Lighting , basically I would like to substitute the original Stock skins by a new set with more quality (More resolution). I've been searching through the forum with no luck.... So if any of you have , or knows where I can find a set of  templates I would be very grateful.

I would say that your problem is related with .tod files . As Stary said, the solution would be the use of a TerrainName_DATA.ini compatible with your textures and tods as well as with  your TerrainName.TFD.

If I were you, I would uninstall the whole terrain  , install it again, and then, apply Stary's enhancement. This should solve your issues.

I think that the 2BR_RAF rack type is missing.
