Yeah nothing new. Wish TW starts doing something to keep the old campaigns. But I guess it's done because the new patch fixes campaign stores.

You need the new firmware to go online and play games. But for it to run whatever software the USAF is using under Linux, I don't think they need to upgrade so it's not really that bad.

Hi, The P-51 is missing ordinace when I run the game from SF2 exe. My SF2 mod folder has the weapons pack. But ordinance is selectable when executed from SF2:I exe. My SF2:I mod folder only has the terrain mod. Could there be a conflict on some weapons inis? Is anyone experiencing the same issues? The Meteor has no selectable stores when run from both SF2:I and SF2 exe fles. Is it really like this? I was thinking there should at least be an external belly tank as the cockpit has an indicator. Nothing is put in the wings right? Thanks.

Confirmed by other accounts that there is a problem with squadron supplies for the Suez campaign. Ordinance is available for single missions.

Yeah merge install is the quickest solution. Since the Mystere got it's own cockpit now, I can also fly it in Europe as France.

I noticed that it updates to May 2010. The subtitle bug is fixed. I did bit of editing... I made the Spits and Vamps flyable by pointing to P-51 and Meteor. It also has the Mig-15bis. Have to delete the lods of my 3rd party Mig-15... conflict with TW skins. Oh the Mystere cockpit is also nice. I deleted the 3rd party one. CTD happens to me even since March 2010 patch... But it does not happen all the time. Is it hardware related? So far no CTD experienced with May 2010. Restarting the computer helps.

This community is all about collaboration. If you think your SF2V sounds are good... talk to eburger and ask him to incorporate them in his SF2V Exapansion Pack.

Have you tried 2v2 BVR? As most fights in the campaign would be BVR, I plan to master this more than anything else. I am able to hold out in 1v1. Easy to put the bogey on the defensive by firing a salvo of AIM-120. Then move in for the kill with the remaining missiles. But 2v2 is problem. I am not able to employ my wingman properly and we get toasted. I used "cover" or "attack my target" commands but he still dies without doing much. I can usually get to kill one of them but the other survives and attacks me eventually. Any tips would be appreciated. Agree with your comment about the fun factor. I get frustrated at times especially with the A-10 mission. Spotting ground targets and getting a valid lock with Mavs is hard. And you're very vulnerable to AA. What happened to the SEAD? But the game is not as frustrating as Falcon4.

Janes FA works on my Vista 32 bit. But i get graphics corruption once in a while. Will this help fix it?

Nothing wrong there. The expansion pack turned the AAA tracers into purple, red, and white dots inentionally as these are historical. Best is to keep original WOX seires for old mods. And buy SF2 series for new mods. Best of both worlds.

Sorry but I'm not into environment mods. I think I deleted the widesky mod in my NF4+ install. Are you running Windows Vista/7 or XP? I had no use for the emb mod since I'm now using dx10 in Vista. If you check your options.ini, you can force it to use dx9. Maybe this will make emb series mod to work.

Everyone should move over to the 2nd gen at some time.

Don't think F-15 has A-G mode. Havent tried so I might be wrong. Playing the A-10 almost exclusively. A-G mode should be the '7' key.
