initially the navy was offered the E-2C ,but they opted for D. the e-2d will be a crucial aspect for indian navy as all of the neighbouring countries are hostile. with china acquiring a/c carriers the navy needs more power punch. but modernisation of the force cant be done until indigenous weapons systems are not inducted. if the plans are on track we will have two or more carriers by the time china will have one. but the truth is we cant compete wuth china,a powerful ally like US will still be needed.

THE one thing i dont understand is brazil is a peaceful country,then why are they purchasing so much weapons. BTW,the parade was good. and gisele bundchen is very very very good.

indian authorities on sep-8 detained a china bound UAE air force C-130 carrying arms.though they had permission to refuel the aircraft it was not stated by them that was the plane was carrying arms. some media reports say that it was carrying a missile system of US origin which may or may not be true.the indian air force is mum and is not disclosing the details. a few weeks back US officials discovered that pakistan is modifyng harpoon missile to strike indian soil.the report also stated that the p-3c orions were also modified. in the past israel also sold china technoligies it got from the US secretly . i think now its time for the obama admonistration to take action agains such backstabbers,and a thorough inquiry must be place into the matter.

well they were not friends but had a common enemy(USSR). US companies were only allowed to upgrade the avionics,but US never sold any major weapon systems to them. the tianmen square incident was just a excuse as the soviets were weak ,US no longer needed china.

AFIK,there is no plug-in for max-10,but you can check THIRDWIRES site. the one thing ihate about max is previous plugins are incompatible with new versions.

but in the game sams behave differently, tommorow while i as on a sead mission (i was able to evade all the SA-10s but a single shot by the SA-17 downed me. while in reality SA-10 has more powerful radar than a grizzly. on one occasion a scrappy SA-2 downed my F-15E with ecm on. please tell if the value 400 is correct. second ,after searching the internet for hours i got some of the data but this seeker data is still a problem, also there is no term like gimble, its gimbal.please help. :yes:

There are threads in the knowledge base dealing with frequencies. Frequencies in this series are expressed as Gigahertz (Ghz), or fractions thereof. in your s-300 systems,you have assigned the search and track strength well above 100 how did you know this. i know the frequency charts but they dont tell about strength. i have read that rajendra is similar to flap lid.so if you allow me your data can also be used, just have to reduce some range. i made a prototype of rajendra by combining antenna and data of your flaplid on a t-72 chasis.it worked pretty fine.though it was reverse engineered but only for personal use.i will post it only when you approve otherwise i'll make another model and that is a different thing. i tested your flaplid it is unable to track when we turn on the ecm in a f-18e/f,while the s-300 systems are claimed to be highly ecm resistant. does it depend on the radar versions lets say you designed a earlier version.i tried a value of 400 and it was good for amodern sam radar,as it was able to search and track even wuth the ecm. also seeker gimble limit and track rate are nowhere to be seen.what should i do

i made some models of some sams and aam but dont know how to get some data like countermeasure rejection,noide rejection,turn rate,max g seeker fov,gimble limit and many more. also give meaning of these terms and some sites to get missiles data.

the growing of indo-us relation ship has definately did a good for the USAF as it is now able to analyse russias most potent fighter. the MKI ,a plane built according to customer requirements is well ahead of the F-15 in terms of maneuvering but if the F-15 is upgraded with advanced radar(AESA) it will become comparable to the sukhoi in BVR.the MKI has a greater advantage than russian sukhois as it can also use western weapons. there are reports about rafael offering the latest python 5 to india. well it is true that sukhoi and s-300 sams are much hyped by the russians.in reality both systems have never seen combat with an western adversary.

there are many secret deals in which US allies sold US equipment to other countries. the israelis sold more than just some UAV's to china. while US authorities think by enacting laws they will tame the culprits. US DOD spends billions of dollars in weapons research ,and when the end product comes some countries just have to bribe some officials of the so called US allies and copy the weapons. remember that russian missile tech was a gift given by the US ,well accidently (read article on aim-9 in wikipedia on how the russians reverse engineered aim-9)
