I've always suspected soccer refferees are actually frustrated soccer players. So they are more interested in messing with the guys who managed to become players than making them follow the rules and play fair.

Suicidal, regarding european teams, you should remember Italy always starts the championship that bad. But if they survive and go to the next stage they become a very dangerous oponent.

And looks like the Ivory Coast was trying to kill (literally) some brazilian players. But the one who got the red card was Kaká. Every day I am more and more sure that playing without referee would be far better.

First you let the russians do the dirty work and then you and your allies (who actually outnumber you at least two to one) claim victory against the remaining enemies . A repeating pattern Capitaine Vengeur, at least people remember Napoleon and the french actually fought that war. Look a t us (just like US independence war, by the way).

Almost quoting John Wayne in Donovan's reef: "Far from me trying to understand the misteries of a ref's mind"

I am actually old enough to remember this one: What I don't remember is destroying the dam. 8 bits games were a lot more difficult than current games.

Actually, what governments do nowadays look much more like comunism to me than Skyviper's idea.

Sukhoi T-50 PAK FA - first flight!

I don't remember any two words NATO designation, so I think it's unlikely. -
No nuclear. It was a tank buster, though I think it worked well in Vietnam with anti-personnel ammo. Just imagine six very heavy shotguns put together and you'll get the idea.

Looks like Higuaín recovered his shotting accuracy.

I don't. I'd rather have all those problems with my Bugatti.

Unfortunatelly for England, bad goalkeepers seems to be a tradition in their national team.

It looks like Spain could win this time, but I'll not believe it until I see it. After what I saw in 1994 and 2002 (Spain played very well but some "misterious events" left us out in the last moment) I prefer not to expect too much.

I'm posting here pics from my visit (a few months ago) to the spanish air museum at Cuatro Vientos, near Madrid. I'm not exactly an expert photographer, so I don't think they're as good as some other pictures I've seen around here If I'm not mistaken the Spanish Ejército del Aire (Army of the air) was the only air force that used the F-104 Starfighter without loses. This is the plane used by General Francisco Franco to fly from the Canary Islands to Spanish Morocco at the beginning of the spanish civil war (see next picture if you can read spanish) Hispano Aviación 1109. A license built Messerschmitt Bf-109 fitted with a Hispano-Suiza engine instead of the original DB-605 and wing mounted guns instead of the original nose weapons. I'll add more pictures in future posts.

Whoever made this rule deserves to be hit at least 5 times (that will make them the winners, so I don't think they'll complain) with a heavy club. With a little luck, that could set their brain cells in working condition again (or perhaps for the first time, who knows).

Can't hit the broadside of a barn to save my life...

Can't hit the broadside of a barn to save my life... It's a good thing you'll never be attacked by one. -
I thought the world couldn't go much dumber. Obviously, I was wrong.

No difference at all. The spanish (and later mexicans) were there first too. Just be thankful it's in both languages instead of welsh only like here (of course, no welsh here, but some spanish regional languages)

Desde luego no puede ser el Invincible de la I guerra Mundial, porque ése sobrevivió a la batalla en las Malvinas (1914) y fue hundido (con toda su tripulación) en la batalla de Jutlandia (1916).

More pics. Another view of the KC-97

Si las leyes tuvieran un poco de sentido común, no harían falta los consejos de este hombre. Pero como tenemos las leyes que tenemos , creo que habría que ver este vídeo todos los días hasta que nos lo sepamos de memoria.

I think you are right it's an ugly MKIII C-212: a spanish light cargo aircraft

Remind me of battle of the bulge (I mean, remind me of what I've seen on movies or read on books, I was not there, of course). Snow and a lot of enemies coming in their indestructible machines. A pity George Lucas forgot how he made the first three and could'nt do it again wtih the new SW movies.

How to install planes in IL-2 Forgotten Battles?
shotdown replied to Eagle99's topic in IL-2 Series / Pacific Fighters / Cliffs of Dover: Mods & Skinning Chat
I'll tell you how it works with a mod I downloaded form another page (I hope it works for you). You must add a line like this for every new plane in the Air.ini file (in the unmoded game it's in the "game root folder"\Files\com\maddox\il2\objects\, with the Ultra pack 2.0 its' in "game root folder"\-MODS\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects, Im not sure about your installation): 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) F4U-1 air.F4U1 1 NOINFO usa01 DESERT 1) is the name you will see in the list of planes 2) is the name of the Java class with the plane info* 3) is (I think) the side (1=alies,2=axis) I'm not sure about 4),5) and 6) and I think you can copy them from any other line of that file 2)* the name of the Java class is something like this:"com.maddox.il2.objects.air.Airplane_name " (com.maddox.il2.objects.air.F4U1 for me), you must only copy "air.Airplane_name ". I'm not sure about the file where you can find it, but I'll show you where it was in the mod I downloaded: As I said before, I hope it works. -
You are welcome, Crusader. A few more pics. Still not sure what kind of aircraft is this one
