  1. I guess one could take out all the bad guys, then rage as wounds are noticed... and then accept that death is coming and snuggle up with a teddy bear and die.
  2. I guess I could have added one more option... blaze, rage, fade, or IN BED! But then everyone would have gone with the last one.
  3. Something about those pictures make me wish I had some kind of missile system on my shoulder.
  4. Is it better to go out in a blaze of glory, taking out as many of those bastages as you can before they get you? Is it better to rage against the dying of the light, fighting the inevitable decay of youth until your last breath? Or is it better to just fade away, accepting the calling of the nevermore with grace?
  5. I am not exactly sure what I had for dinner tonight but whatever it is, my mouth is on fire and my chest hurts.
  6. Last night I was lame and had chicken with pasta, broccoli and garlic sauce. But to make it a bit manlier, I put grated parmigiana cheese all over it! It was pretty awesome. I haven't decided on today yet but... I am getting some ideas from this thread. I may choose one of yours.
  7. My mouth just watered.
  8. Alright... we have some MANLY MEN here!
  9. That sounds very safe. Come on... don't you want to put some cheese on that? Maybe a pinch of extra cheese with pepperoni pizza? MANLY FOOD!
  10. This is what I am racing, endlessly. Looking for some other racers who don't join online just to crash out. It isn't a top end PC sim but it is the top end console sim. My sig has a picture of one of the first online races I participated in, beating a quality PC sim racer. We had fun. We have never raced online again.
  11. My favorite parts of THE PLAN were Anders' moments. There was also a well performed added cylon retcon but it was mixed into this other ridiculous storyline of the "plan" so it wasn't satisfying overall. I just think THE PLAN, from both concept to execution, is a demonstration of why I feel BSG and LOST ended the right way. When you explain too much, or sometimes anything, you are more likely to disappoint the audience. And I think I was more disappointed by them explaining things than I have ever been in NOT having something explained. Granted, the way CAPRICA ended may be the new perfect way to end a series. Show what happened down the line and then leave it up to the audience to decide what may have happened after that.
  12. Sure, the doctor tells me I will be dead by 40 if I don't exercise more and if I don't stop eating bacon covered Texas wieners deep fried in coconut oil with MSG sprinkled on top. But I figure if the doctor knew anything of substance, he would have become a banker and made a killing on predatory mortgage lending. So, my plan for today is to grab a beer or two and chow down on an Arby's roast beef sammich while munching on curly fries. What's your early grave food or drink, or both, of the day?
  13. There is no better ally to the United States, in that region, than Israel. One could argue that outside of the UK and Canada, there is no better ally to the US, period.
  14. We can discover the newness of CA together. Let's geterdone!
  15. I think I just pooped with excitement.
  16. I nearly threw up in my mouth watching THE PLAN. Very excited about the new spin off. I thought CAPRICA, though a ratings failure, really hit its stride in the final handful of episode, and had a very satisfying ending. Time to change that! Let's discuss. :)
  17. Apparently no one but you has any taste around here.
  18. I think there is at least a month left in this war. However, the enemies loss of Baghdad is a very good sign. RB
