Transfering from 1 Laptop to a PC
Rickitycrate replied to a topic in WOFF UE/PE - General Discussion
British eh, while hardly an expert I think if you save the pilot files to a memory card that can be shared between the computers you should not have a problem. -
Hi themightysrc, it's a very nice thing. I didn't know about that. Do you know about the SimHQ OFF Forum and The Aerodrome Sim/games Forum? Some of us frequent those sites and share our thoughts and experiences there too. The more the better I say.

So Beard are you happy? I've had the X52 maybe a week and I like it alot. I have only used it for OFF so far. I'll be keeping an eye open for the pedals and I think that will be my setup for a long time to come.

Nice poem. Combat Ace is the best!

Death, I leave this world and meet my Lord. I sin no more and am home and at peace.

Yeah, here you go, your wish is granted.

I need those Saitek pedals now to go with my X52.

A taste of life with the Huns in the upcoming Add-on!

I'm very excited about these skins. My question is are these shots taken in hi-res? They look especially clear and ultra detailed. -

It all looks beautiful. Thanks Makai, truely a labor of love that will be appreciated for many years. Sounds like you are putting out to sea. Best wishes for your endeavor and to find some free time. I hope to catch program that wil be airing. I am very interested in the oceans and hope to see you to put a face with your name. Aloha, Jim -
Ah, first proper scrap. I've been shadowed like that many times. Occassionaly in you predicament I would land at a friendly field and park. Watch the airfield defense fire upon the E/A and either bring it down or drive it off. Then restart the engine and head for home.

I just got the Saitek X52. I really like it for the programability and number of buttons and switches. I do miss FFB tho for OFF. I would rate the X52 highly otherwise.

Amen, Olham.

Awesome pics! And good flying and fighting. Back to Jasta 6 for you soon. -
Winder, I somehow get the idea that you don't wear sandals.

Lothar of the Hill people seems to be working on something for this if I understand his post in the General Help forum. He seems to want to simplify and automate if I understand correctly. But I'm a dunce.

And you don't have to be an entomologist... you are right Jim about my miss spelling, I knew better. And just when Stiffy made me feel good about my memory, hehe. And no I don't know a great deal about insects.

Thanks for posting you guys, great!

I am reminded of a short story by Ray Bradbury I read 40 years ago called "The Velt". As I recall the character entered a room in his house and he could select an enviroment, not unlike the Holo-deck from Star trek Voyager. So the guy runs the African Velt program and the lions eat him, as I recall, could be wrong after all these years.

My only criticism of BHaH

IMHO, 2 cents and all that rot. We have the best, made by the best and played by the best. Any dissatisfactions we have as players are addressed in time. I think the devs in most instances are ahead of the players in seeing and adressing any shortfalls or areas for improvement. I agree with UKWM's initial point and I know that it has been mentioned many times. So I have faith that OBD are aware and are addressing the sudden endings as they can. This along with a great deal of other improvements that us players may or may not be aware of. It's a wonderful formula we have here. We have a very dedicated dev team with a love of the subject driving their hard work. A user base that loves the subject and the results of the devs. hard work, and points out areas for improvement. Top it all OFF with a wonderful home for all to communicate and seek refuge and friendship in a mature and respectful enviroment. My thanks to all as I feel blessed. Corny, eh? -
Seems you Brits don't care to join your Scout squadron and leave your comfy Strutters. Well Strut around while you may because you will get yours when you move to the RE8. Us germans are bombing the snot out of you guys but that can change. You seem intent on air raids at our fields so okay, I'll play your game and find my fame in Jasta 6 all the sooner for it.

OT: The Mrs. Suggested I Tidy Up My Desk Today
Rickitycrate replied to RAF_Louvert's topic in WOFF UE/PE - General Discussion
I'm fond of your clutter too, hehe. Looks a bit like 1917 to me. what's wrong with that? -
Oh brother! 4,000 skins and counting. I flew a quick mission to attack Kraut sausage flying N17's. There must have 6 different skins in my flight. Over Germany I saw Fee's and Strutter's and some more Nupes. No Germans, but how many skins were in the vicinity I wonder? The variety of skins is one more aspect of the sense of never knowing what you might see during a sortie. Being a "bit" weird I get a rush if you will from oogling the planes. I mean I really check them out. Zoom in, out, up , down, check the the light reflections from all angles and somehow it doesn't get old. What have I seen? A small percentage of what OFF offers. OFF for life I quess. I only pray that I keep my sight for many years to come, maybe a 60 inch screen one day. Endless thanks to the OBD team and the members of this forum.
