Thank you to everyone around the world for your warm wishes A special thanks to the veterans whoose service made this possible And prayers for those who made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can live free Let's hope that next year everyone who looks up at an exploding shell can do so in the celebration of freedom Happy 4th all, -
I find that tipping my cap back helps too It's best if the reflectors are pointed directly at the TIR when at zero position The top of my monitor is higher so tipping aligns it well Helps when looking down into the cockpit or over the side

The Devs should add a bawling out screen at the close of each mission Slap em around, tear their rank badges off, make em peel potatoes, send em to the trenches Course then it'd be just like 28w, fightin the whole Armie de le Aire meself Guess I'll have to tolerate the pitutes ... but they'll be short sheeted tonight for sure -

I usully campaign with Jasta 28w but recently switched to the Jasta 10 boys Man what a difference, Average vs an Elite squadron Only thing was, I got a lot more victories in 28w Usually ended up me against the whole Armie de le Aire Jasta 10 boys are great, fightin with you right to the end ...now if they weren't the sneakiest l'l victory stealing bunch a horses pitutes... :angry2: -
Lot of great stuff here I never liked the Se Aldis much It takes up too much visual area But not having to align o the sight would be a big advantage in a hot DF

OK - but it's classic WWI stuff you know! btw. Liked the old avatar better too -
SirMike, I think the Viper version uses a simple Iron Sign Try 74 Squadron Anyone know of a DVII that has an Iron Sight installed It's just wide open between the Spandaus At least the Pfalz had a little cone that helped

This should give you an idea Olham http://www.sukip.com/Movies/Dastardly_and_...h?v=bLSIU9BG41U I haven't seen these characters for 30-40 years Think I had a board game with them Enjoy, -
Views stop working - is this a bug?

Kinda makes sense cfs3 is staying in Padlock mode even though you're not padlocked onto anything Best fix is to get TrackIR You'll forgret everything about Padlock & Snap Views It's so intuitive you'll feel like you actually looking around -
Looks like you're going to teach the French a lesson in making fine Burgundy Looks sweet Olham Yeah the original Challenger was trimmer Chrysler's been going for a beefier look of late Still looks nice compared to the mundane offerings of late
-
Well said Rick, I concur 100% SGCSG1 There have been 3 releases of OFF P1, P2, BH&H (P3) The devs are planning another release (P4), but this will be long term Before this they are planning to release add-on packs for P3
-
Olham, What do you think of this little honey? Dodge made a retro of the original Challenger for 2009 ...costs about $45k IMHO the original Challenger is 1 of the 2 most beautiful cars ever designed
-
Great news on the cloud effect Winder No problems on the registration Thanks for all your efforts!

You can target the balloon base using the Buildings settings on the TAC Works good for RR Stations too I like that the balloon can't be directly targeted If it's foggy, it can be quite hard to see Adds to the hunt
-
This picture (Olham's above) really shows the 28's design philosohy the best Big Engine (relatively) Lithe Slim Fusalage saves weight and improves aerodynamics Thin Wings for speed Big Balloon Rudder for manueverability She'll be a nice addition Can't imagine her not being a real performer So what if the top wing sheds it's canvas I believe all the pilots survived without crashing (ailerons were on the lower wings) It'll make for some harrowing stories in the Reports Sticky

My 1st ride was a 1970 Boss 302 Mustang Loved that car but I had to sell it to pay for school ...sigh! Never lost the nostagic love for that ride but now a 67 Fastback is my favorite Flyboy/Paarma, Cobras aren't all that far out of reach if you're willing to settle for a replica I visited ERA Cobra with a friend of a friend who was serious about buying Surprizingly a lot of the components are made by the same manufacturers as the original I guess the Brits don;t throw any tooling away They'll put any V8 you want in it, but if you want a 427 $$$$
-
Sounds like a nice set-up Rick Ogmund, The guys are right FFB really helps in OFF TrackIR is a really big plus too Here's the link: http://www.naturalpoint.com/ Try using the forum search for FFB This subject has been covered many times so there's a lot of good info HTH,

I use my TAC at all 4 Ranges as situation requires Never had a problem warping once EA are outside the 4 mile range ...and I warp so much you'd think it was Star Trek Situation has changed though with all AC on assigned missions (No Spawns) Spend a lot of time flying parallel or perpendicular to EA and fights develop more slowly in BHH Getting rid of the spawns really adds to the immersion level
-
Hmmm some definate similarities there Come to think of it, I've never seen Pol and Ringo in a room at the same time! :whistling:
-
Hellshade, I don't think it's 4 mile limitation on warp I always warp when EA move outside the 4 mile limit with no problems The TAC can only display AC out to 4 miles, ground objects are shown to the full 8 I think BHH automatically exits warp when Task Waypoints are approached or reached It would be nice if warp exited only when EA are present though
-
Ever tried a one mile glide ?
Duce Lewis replied to Olham's topic in WOFF UE/PE - General Discussion
That loong brown muddy trail really has significance in BHH You don't just have to survive the mission You need to cross the finish line too -

So what was this training trip? Were you off to Hollywood to teach Spielberg how to make movies? Truly outstanding work Jammer! I love the Spad that gets the progressive fire then hits the lake Thanks for sharing -
