I have encountered many Aces so far. All of them with their own colors. I remember an amazing Alb DIII (or II) which I downed with the help of my wingman at Vimy Ridge April 1917. It was all black and had a stunning red shape at the size of the fuselage. It seemed like a comet tail. I wasnt very keen to shoot it down. Damn the Germans knew how to make their crates beautiful.

His show is being aired in Greece for the last 3 years. I really enjoy watching him.

Really big difference for me. TrackIR/Freetrack makes a huge difference and adds even more depth and immersion. Of course padlocking (using Tab to target the EA) + the targeting cone turn the game into an arcade shooter.

I think I understand what you mean. It would be nice indeed if the OFF manager would make the AI consider if he will stay in the fight or flee. Phase 4 maybe?

Normal damage model with weak guns is the most accurate from my point of view. I have read some WWI books and I can assure you that with these settings, the aircraft are as fragile as they were in reality. And wings come off very very often now. I have seen some mid air explosions as well! Since the 1.26 patch though, I see less bullet holes on my wings and fuselage than before... I dont know maybe it is my idea. But that doesnt affect the game engine anyway.

Freetrack is the free version of trackir which is as good as the latter and costs no more than 20$ for the hardware you need for it...and since I got freetrack up and running I am now flying all the time trying to adapt to the new gaming style. And it is amazing I tell you :yes:

Oh I remember like 8 years ago...during holidays, where all the buddies from the neighbourhood would gather up.. we were playing with fake metal guns and "shooting" each other (yelling "BANG" "BANG" and stuff like that). I dunno how the heck we would decide if someone was dead or not but it was fun. One day a "grown-up" (hehe ) asked us where we would find all that ammunition to shoot for so many hours. We turned the streets there into a small Sarajevo..!

Does Alt+Tab work in OFF for you? It is rather strange as it works in CFS3 for me but not in OFF. Note that Alt+Tab minimizes applications.
