Check out the Hat in the Ring area where they show the new aircraft added; It says, "• Nieuport N.17 Bis based on the n24 design, the n.17 bis unusually for nieuports sported two guns, Lewis over wing and Vickers!" You can fly for the French, go into Quick Combat and give it a try.

Good luck to you Siggi. You've been at it quite some time and hope it stays stable for you

I have both SH3 and SH4 and loved them. Like was said, very time consuming, but the strategy part was so awesome. I did a little SH4 shortly after I had Phase 3, but with OFF I am almost afraid to get it as the time between the two would be difficult to share. And oh how I wish often that I was 20 years younger!!! How the sims develop is simply amazing

I'll say. Thanks for sharing.

Lou, you need to keep your writings and consider publishing something like that. I could see you writing a novel or short story that takes place over just a few days at this time of year in the lives of both sides. Yes, it has been done before, but you've done that wonderfully.

One of me during Halloween . I was a bit short that day But this is the real me. I am one of the older ones and didn't have any silly pics around..at least that were recent.

No problem here, sounds great. Now that I have the time to fly after a wonderful wedding, the weather has gone to the dogs again, as we often say here in this part of the world.

Unfortunately is this part of Minnesota we've had about 7" in three snowfalls with the earliest the first week of Oct. But I pity those around Lake Erie and that area of Buffalo. I don't mind the snow, its the cold that is miserable. One year we had 42 inches of ice on our area lakes and wouldn't doubt if there might have been 60 inches along the Canadian border. But in a short 5 weeks, I'll be writing and flying OFF from the warner climates of South Texas. I will have to see Olhams map and see if anyone is near Corpus Christi

No. 1 Squadron RNAS, Bailleul Asylum 1/6/1917 Patrol Behind Enemy Front Lines Flying: Sopwith Triplane. On this day claims: 1 Alb DIII . That is a real nice postcard and letter, Olham. Fits the times

I'll bet that looks nice from inside the cockpit using Track IR!!!!

Flew my first mission tonight but forgot the camera and notebook. I can say its a nightmare up there with many more enemy aircraft. WOW. I do have one claim and then tucked my tail between my legs and ran.

Must be the ones by the Polish border (oh my) cause Pomerainia was mentioned more than once. I'll keep the Rasmussen name for the Brits when I fly as a Crumpet. How did you find those other two you were speaking of> I just used google maps, but can only find the one near Rostock .. Update. Sorry all, I should keep to topic and have sent a PM to Olham

[quote For you the same, Ras. To honour Julius Schlueter - a name that might be from the northern Germany, Hamburg, Bremen areas? 115 years ago... Many Ostfriesen from my home area went to America with almost nothing but their will to work hard, as they where used to. Just went back into the records and I was wrong on the year. They came to America in 1876, so more like about 133 years. And it was Julius's father Carl that came from Roggow. Went to the map and sure enough, not too far from Hamburg. So, if I lose Julius to the enemy (which could well happen as I have not many hours in the Alb III is it?) my next pilot will have to be Carl

I'll be flying as Julius Schlueter, in honor of my wife's grandfather of that same name. He came to Minnesota as a young lad about 115 years ago

I would certainly fly as time allows, and I think it would be proper to be in the same squadron/Jasta. And of course it is open to anyone at all. Those of us already flying the Krauts vs. Crumpets should and probably would choose to go to the "other side". Others where they prefer. As you mentioned, the occasional report, pics and etc.
-
Yeah, same here as far as time goes, I might only be able to fly a couple times in a week. A good thought though.

She is fun to fly, but if you get tired of this lady, then give the Tripe a try. I did the same thing with the weather flying for the Crumpets and went and started a campaign with the Tripe. Though I have more time in that plane than any other, it has been a while. And do you fellows in the Did Campaign know that my program skipped from Nov 29 and hopped right to Dec 1? And someone else had checked it out and there was no flying until Dec 4, or after Dec 4? So, we shall have fun anyhow

All of this writing because of a little rain! My Gosh, whats is becoming of this world. Seriously, I have much consideration for the flooding , loss of life and property that has been going on. But it has been going on for hundreds of years. And it will continue for the next hundreds of years

Nice. I like the dogfighting and especially the 2nd tune. It really shows off your Track Ir. You were dead on with your aiming most of the time.

I believe I had it in about 6-7 business days. Might be even quicker now as I ordered it when there was the big rush
-
I was just over there sending in a report and the medals are outstanding. Thanks everyone.

OT: Just a few days Late for Rememberance of Nov 11

I just received this video and song in an email and found the version on You Tube. It was quite moving for me, having many friends and relatives that have served during war and conflict. Just as most everyone around has. It is worth a look and listen. A marvelous voice and words -
Are you sure you aren't confusing the framerate issue with FS9 or FSX? As smooth as your ____? Good to have you with us. Are you still racing?

I have never downloaded a movie, and wondering if anyone has done so from this source? http://www.moviepro....aron-movie.html

Not Free. They want a small amount of money and I received notice that it was not a secure web site.
