I believe the 1.26 Hotfix may address this. "(Fixes issue with AI formation flying - now back to previous performance. NOTE please make sure OFF Manager is NOT running before applying this)"

Try pulling out one of the ram modules and starting it, then if it still does it try the other one (by itself). In CMOS (BIOS) try setting it up with BIOS defaults also..
