I agree there are so many toys in this sim to play with. I have mainly flown the SE5A as it was my favorite plane. It was my favorite because I had read so many good things about it. I have recently started using the Pup as I have read alot about it also. That is what makes this sim so great. I can never fly all the planes that are available. Like Rickitycrate I long to fly alongside Frank Luke but I have trouble mastering the Spad. Mr Luke is featured in my Avitar alongside his Spad. This sim is our chance to live history like we want. That is where our dreams and fun will lead us. Thanks John

Excellent write up but I agree with Pol I believe it was that gunner who really got him. LOL

I feel your pain . I had one the size of a tennis ball. Had to operate on me to remove it. Left one the size of a dime that they broke up. I passed them trough a tube they left in my kidney. Too k about 3 months to heal. Go to the doc once a year for check ups so I never get one like that again. Get well soon and best of luck.

Wow what a nice gaming area and alot of old classic board games. I believe I see Richtofen's War by Avoln Hill in there. That was my fist wargame. Went from there to Gettysburg to Squad Leader and then sadly no one left to game with. These games I still own but they led me into computer sims. Great room enjoy it. Thanks for sharing.

It is a very good book.

Been flying OFF since phase 1 even now I get shot down alot, but the sim is great. The dev team works extremly hard on their product. They listen to their pilots out there on the lines and do everything in their power to give us the very best tools to carry the fight to the hun. I highly recommend this sim. I have read about WWI piolots since childhood. This sim gives me a chance to relive these Iron men with Wooden Wings. That was the name of the book that started my love for WWI history. Buy it you will like it.

played both, but mainly 4 asd the gentleman said subsim.com is the place for mods. I recommend using the target maru mod and the run silent run deep mod for Silent Hunter 4

Just a suggestion I have evga board 680 i have you tried the evga forum. There is a forum for your board there you may find the answer. I have used the forum there alot.

I made the move also but under a new name which goes all the way back to my high school days. I always hang around the SOH for BHAH and OFF. I was gone for several days and find OFF has moved. What happened I have donated to the other site just recently. Not that it matters know I will have to fiqure this place out .
