  1. My wife says she likes this shot. A higher praise you can't get.
  2. P4 DEVELOPMENT SCREENSHOTS Discussion

Can someone show me the way to the grocery store in that town? Very nice work!
  3. OT This cracked me up!...brilliant

    Really funny!
  4. OT Your Royal Wedding Invite name

HRH the Duke of Whereis, Dung-ness and Nothingshire.
  5. P4 DEVELOPMENT SCREENSHOTS UPDATED

I don't remember falling, but hotter design, yes, when I look in the mirror, I guess you're right! Foreigndevil
  6. Entente face lifts

Nice stuff! The illusion of the roundels etc. bleeding through the canvas is very well done.
  7. P4 DEVELOPMENT SCREENSHOTS UPDATED

Really beautiful scenery and the cockpits are stunning. The raindrops on the windscreen of my favorite aircraft (the Spad), the flight instruments, the wiring, ... Marvelous. The added shadows in some of the cockpits do add more depth. Simply gorgeous! Congrats!
  8. OFF P4 SCENERY - Another taster

Can someone please milk those cows? They're moo-ing all the time! Nice idyllic scenes! Pity there's a war on above and below ... Fine work!
  9. OFF P4 SCENERY

This is REALLY GREAT scenery. Very convincing! Congrats on this wonderful work!
  10. Fateful Morn II

Great job! The people in the background make the scene very lifelike. The only thing I don't like is the way the grass is represented (I mean the black "spikes"); don't know if you can leave them out; anyway, the texture showing beneath the spikes looks more like grass texture and would probably work more convincing without the spikes.
  11. OT..this might make you laugh

A good way to start the day! Thanks for sharing!
  12. Pilot Body Model or not?

I agree. See my reply to the thread on the new screenshots. The aircraft become much more real with pilots in them. And the hand signs are in "the other sim", at least from exterior view.
  13. Wow! Great shots, especially those that show the very detailed cockpits! Good hard work! Currently there are some planes in OFF where you can see the legs and hands of the pilot. I hope this will be added to the new cockpits, too? It adds a lot to the immersion factor.
  14. Never seen that before!

Must be the wind going down at such a steep angle! OFF is for real, not a simulation!
  15. OT Severe Weather Warning

    Serious risk of sunburn!
  16. French Air Service Tunic On A Budget

Terrific work! Looks really stunning! Congrats!
  17. Very nice cockpits! Merry Xmas!
  18. Glad to read you're up and running again, Olham. Good luck over Flanders Fields again!
  19. Just terrible, isn't it? My PC is behaving badly, too, with odd freezing, crashing, ... So, I decided to quit PCs and move over to Mac! Because I want to continue flying OFF, I'll have to install Windows 7 on it, but if it wasn't for OFF and other flight simulators, I would entirely forget about Windows. Soooo many problems with all my previous Windows based PCs! Hope you guys have good luck re-installing.
  20. Good point! Another good point! Auto shadowing (but I guess it's impossible).
  21. A Flying Tiger in WW 1! Nice!
  22. Phase 4 Screenshot comments

Some very nice improvements! Looks good. In the shot of the river (nice reflection) the horizon seems to be strange, though: there is a straight line in the sky instead of where the sky touches the horizon. From what I've seen of the aircraft, nice detail has been added. Gorgeous cockpits! But I guess there's no hope for self-shadowing in this CFS3 based sim?
