Just another winter jaunt across the lines......but dawn dark.....rain clouds and lightning...a submarine sun barely creeping under the clouds....and laser like searchlights fixing us/them in the sky....and locking on/following the aircraft. The visuals were riveting and I was lucky to survive the flights of bad guys while I was outside the cockpit gawking at the gorgeous effects. The searchlights tracked like a midnight sun....very unpleasant picked out like a roman candle in the darkness... and the lightning showed on the fuselage....it was by far the most amazing display of all this great sim has to offer that I've ever seen. Poached a couple cripples from wingies who'd clearly paid more attention than I.....fled home and landed. I regret not taking a few screenshots but I was so captivated (this after 15 years flapping around here) that I couldn't remember the keyboard code to do so. Whatever....Devs....Thx

I expect it's something I've knackered but every time I hit a button on my controller now there's a audio beep. I trust there's a way to lose it and that one of you will know. Thx......

Never seen this one......off to quick combat to chuck it around. Either I've not been paying attention (probable), or it's already in the 1.17 upgrade notes (possible)....but dang, thank you devs!!

BHAH 2 has been working beautifully until the last auto update from windows.....back in stutter hell....thought I'd left it behind!?!?!? Any thoughts would be more than welcome. Thx

Crikey....lost from the get go....utterly disoriented by the searchlights....a flashing glimpse of the bad guys going who knows where. Awesome.....had to slink home using EVERY TAC FEATURE AVAILABLE...AND only then just squeaked into the field w/out having fired a shot. That being said...in our PE edition I could swan about regardless as my skills were pretty much on. So far w/ #2 I've bled all the way home EVERY time and had most campaigns end the first mission out. I love it. So clearly a new learning curve....a kick in the ass that has totally rejuvenated my interest. Well done devs. It's true...no stutters....and I decline to enable the Z key......who gives a tiny toss what the "frame rates" are as long as the sim plays smoothly. Bout time I paid attention to cunning instead of #'s. Thx....WELL DONE!!!!!!

I'm doing loop dances around the computer I've bought and prepped JUST for WOFF....6 months ago!!! Been looking forward to this for AGES!!!!!! And I'm so GLAD it's here!!!! My old timer desktop just didn't have the horse power to run HITR at anything north of 3 on the Config map......so the new deal OUGHT to cope with whatever treats you Devs have wrought....I hope!!! So..... for whatever it's worth....the new deal's been consistently delivering 4 to 5's in the config choices w/ great frame rates and been a new look at OFF. Been copping major grief from the "war department" on spending for a sim that's not even "out yet". So...here's one happy flapper.....delighted to strap on whatever you've made!!!!! Thx for keeping the faith

great update......I've tried many times for a dramatic kill....firing rockets into the bad chaps at point blank distance....and been disappointed every time. I took it as ineptitude on my part and went back to bullets. Nice to know I wasn't completely daft.....just mostly.
