Your attack described above sounds very realistic, Zoomzoom. Great, that this is possible now. Before - as you say - they always "saw" you within a certain range, sun or not.

Well, I never tried QC and don't fly that ever. In a campaign flight, with the whole story and the unpredictability, even veterans can make it an interesting fight. What I like about it, is that not so many planes are getting shot down in a short time, until no one is left over on one side. I always found that "unnatural" - even when it was my side that won, mostly. -
I'm not so sure there. Udet described in his book, how he attacked a tank (!) with his machine guns. If I remember right, he forced the crew to leave it.

Yer right there, Fortiesboy - what I meant to say, was only about the analysing an AI behaviour, that they already know, and that has been posted already in numerous threads. But you're right - everyone should make up their mind about if they like something about the new AI. I did so already, and also found, this AI has lots of good sides. So, sorry when I didn't express myself clearly - I was in a hurry and shouldn't have.

When I make a download attempt, and it fails for some reason (I have an old Win98 rig for my web activities) - can AVANGATE see that I didn't receive it fully? Can I make a new attempt, without getting their additional 8,40 USD download insurance?

The Devs said it several times now - they are aware the AI isn't as it should be. No further criticism and analysing please - it will be changed; give them time.

Just found the above movie (VHS only) in Ebay. Is it any good? Seems rather rare - never heard of it before.

Hmm - sounds like I should rather search for Dawn Patrol. I'm not a great collector of WW1 stuff, you know, I am going more for the essentials. Thank you all - will search for "Wings" as well.

Hmmm - need to see more pics. So far, I liked what OFF offers, and I think the overall praphics appearance of OFF is done very well. This seems to just add contrast, do I get that right? If you come up with additional creme on top of the cake, I may use it - please show some good examples, Dimus.

Oh yes, I know what you mean! Never thought about that, but didn't you already have some of "your" aces before in BHaH? Great - I'm also very happy so far with AI - not like the Devs, who say it's not doimg right. And if they should decide to go back to 1.32g with a patch, I think, I won't patch it. I wish you are very quick recovery! And a lot of fun among your aces - I know it feels great!

UncleAl, I'm running "BHaH" on my older rig with an ATI RADEON X1900, and it is running fine. Maybe a NVIDEA is running it even finer, but that doesn't mean that you get crapp on an ATI. Whatever may be better, could be marginal? -

Yes, I meant the parked aircraft. They do have my personal skin. But I wouldn't mind, as long as I can fly it alone. So far never had another near me flying "my" skin.

Just browsed the skins - there were only skins for 49th, no 29th. There is a 27th - I flew a Nieuport 28 in there.

Truely right, Dej. I had the excitement to run into a fight against Roland "Walfisch" with my British DH-2 pilot. They where not far from the dangerous Brisfit in their defense and aggressivenes. I shot one down, but with great respect and care for myself. They where all over the place!

The behaviour of AI is definitely different, whatever causes that, Gous. They remain high mostly in fights, and it's more a lurking and observing each other, with more or less attacks, depending whether they are rookies, veterans or aces. Aces gave me an incredibly great fight. And I'm thinking of keeping this version - at least will I try it more. -

Perhaps one of the ATI Control Panel settings is made for especially such effects like rain and snow, and I don't have it on my older card, or not activated? Not sure which one though. Perhaps the devs or anyone else can tell?
