  1. It wasn't moving so I could aim at it. The BI8 is much better for that type of target but, with the B2 a salvo of 6x500lbs should deal with it (no room enough for 13xMk13 lol)
  2. At 54000 ft, while testing a new mach meter gauge with the T4 And it's only a Canberra lol
  3. I'm not a Max user but my advice is check the lowest locations, just in case they touch the ground... If I'm right, you're doing a Hurricane :) so check the belly and the tail values with FastCargo's small ruler device. Like that :
  4. Last week I had some concerns about the idea of using a camera as a bombsight. The first tests were with 500lbs bombs and when I tried some 1000lbs bombs I realised that it didn't work at altitude. In fact, at 10000ft slowing down by 5kts for a 750lbs M117 (345knt IAS) and 10kts for a 1000lbs Mk13 (340kts) makes it. Add 7kts (357kts) for a 250lbs bomb. (...still panelling to finish) (and find a way of using the original B2 bombsight, editing altitude and speed. Why bombing at 250kts when you can do it at 350?) ...350kts IAS, 10000ft AGL, +/-3.1NM... I guess radar bombing mode is doable, by editing the GroundMap radar setting in the avionics file. But not for the B2 lol
  5. From 30000ft it becomes impossible to keep the course, because I lost sight of the red square too long before dropping. 45 sec to fall :)
  6. Scrambled eggs right on time for lunch break 37 sec to fall...
  7. Panelling work is going veeeerrrry slowly (boring stuff to do) I borrowed the photoflash flare from Pasko's Mosquito and discovered that, when loaded in the wingman bomb bay (as a rocket pod) it bugs the AI (...intelligence ) To start his pass, the wingman deploys the airbrakes, climbs till 12000ft, stalls and crashes... Everything went ok when I deleted the flares RP in the loadout.ini file. I made up a bomb sight for the BI8 with a camera. Do 1500ft AGL and 350kt are right values for a bombing run? By the way, the amount of fuel of the B2 internal tanks is : 512 UK gal in the n°1 tank 317 UK gal in the n°2 tank 545 UK gal in the n°3 tank In the loadout menu, 100% fuel gives 10450lbs.
  8. Revising My Ozzy List

Top 3 Ozzy : 1. Sabbath Bloody Sabbath 2. Sweet Leaf 3. Supernaut Top 3 Dio : 1. The Last In Line 2. The Mob Rules 3. Dream Evil And there's many more :)
  9. Same here, I just can't wait to fly over this terrain But take your time
  10. I don't really know why I thought it was a good idea making up a T4 before editing the FM. But it gave me practice about pit file, location and decals :) And now the flaps work like the real ones, 50° or retracted.
  11. New : fuel switches and oil pressure gauges for the PR7 pit (I've updated the previous BI8 screenshots in the first page)
  12. The F-86 altimeter is now fully operational ...23000ft ;)
  13. I had hard time tuning up the smiley face
  14. I was trying the trim thing with the BI8 and its F-86 pit and... I tried some new teeth lol BI8 16 squadron :
  15. Now there's trim (pitch up only)
  16. Thank you, it worked and I got the mesh names of the B2 pit I have the text version of the hex editor.
  17. Neil Williams' wrecked Canberra

Hi :) I'm reading Neil Williams' book Airborne and there's a chapter about a PR Canberra. I don't have the original version in english. I'd like to know what are the exact english words he used about this plane to describe it in a metaphoric way, if someone have the original book. It seems to be the PR7 serial number WJ818. Thanks
  18. Great Lexx you got to show me that! I'm looking for the items in red the center of the needle of the third fuel gauge to fix the location (lower) the oxygen needles (4) to anime them the two cabin gauges (maybe use one of them for the camera, totally unrealistic but useful and fun in the game... though the real plane had an "orange putter" device to look to the rear, some kind of rwr) the fuel switches to anime them because I made a tank switching edit in the cockpit.ini file (each tank used by half)
  19. Does somebody have the Canberra_B2Pit OUT file please? (I PMed Kesselbrut but no reply)
  20. PR7 58 squadron : It's the BI8 skin with edits here and there.
  21. Don't want to miss this....

    Bon anniversaire!!!
  22. ...and you know what they say, you never forget your first xD
  23. Not easy but at least it worked (funny thing is I chose this one because the Suez yellow/black stripes were painted over the serial numbers...) I'm trying to make a PR7 (with the B6 LOD) the same way Paulopanz did the Hunter FR10 : First decal ever!
