Yes! Most definitely. Keep it coming.

Found this in a slide show, e-mailed to me quite a while ago. The pics were all 'fin de siecle'; some of war, others not. Could this be gunnery training for the observer? .

Probably because we see Russians in the same light.

Good one! I wonder if it worked? -
It's rare that a promo piece can make a product even more exciting by not showing it, but I think this poster for Rumpler Aircraft succeeds beautifully. When I first saw it, I wanted to look up. .

A most excellant windfall. Congratulations, Lou. -
He certainly did. And he would use unusual colors to do it. A most remarkable color sense. I've admired his work for years.

Whilst poking around at the Vintage Aircraft site, I discover that the wood skin of the Alb was constructed seperate from the plane. Somehow, I always pictured it as being laid up, piece by piece, over the fuselage. And also, that you can steam-bend wood 1" thick. .

I use the 'Snipping Tool' in Windows. Go to the Start Menu in the lower left-hand corner, go to 'All Programs'>Accessories>Snipping Tool. RAF_Lou: Another neat trick. I'll put that in long-term memory. Olham: 'Looks like you're right. The stop-motion film was a bit fast, but the Gallery was much better. Thanks.

Who makes this? Do they have any other interesting products?

There seems to be a persistant, deep-seated feeling that the sins of the father can bubble to the surface in succeeding generations...that it's somehow "in the blood". Which it isn't.

True. And yet...and yet I found myself checking SimHQ less and less often. The really interesting topics were posted in both places, and this still feels like home.

Albatros first flight in Florida

One very pretty Alb. I'm assuming that the profound shaking (or what appears to be) is just camera vibration; because it looks like wing flutter and I kept expecting to see the lower wing go away. -
I think this is an important insight. Nazism wasn't just some loopy philosophy that suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Fascism promises a community unified around a set of political ideals. It promises to end the wrangling between Left and Right, and promises a "third way" (or, 'middle way'). It looks back to a golden age when the community was not beset by foreign ideas, and people, and turbulent events, all of which the Weimar Republic had in spades. A strong, unified nation with an inspired leader at the top to articulate the will of the people; make the hard choices. This is a very appealing philosophy in times of great stress, and lurks just below the surface

DO NOT MEDDLE IN THE AFFAIRS OF WIZARDS, FOR THEY ARE SUBTLE AND QUICK TO ANGER! -
Now that I'm prepping for some Campaign flying, it's time to sort out all the various FM/DM I've been reading about. Which give the most 'bang for the buck'? I expect to be flying Sopwith Pups & Tripes which only pack one MG. How can I maximize my chances of getting explosions and flammers? (While I'm not excessively bloody-minded in real life, I can be ruthless when shooting down 1's and 0's.)

'Got em! Now to get to work.

I'm working through the tutorial in Mission Builder, and have hit a snag. Where it says "Click the page plus (Insert Waypoint) button." Try as I might (and I've clicked everything on the UI) I cannot find "page plus"/Insert Waypoint button. Need some advice.

Here we go! The disc just arrived in todays mail. Thanks, OlPaint. On the first quick run-thru it looks like a treasure trove of goods and missions. More on this later. Britisheh: If you're for it, I'll put you on the list of Instructors, 'Brains-to-Be-Picked', and Beta Testers. This may well come to nothing, knowing me and computer coding, but, here goes. -
Where can I download it? And what, exactly, was the problem it fixed? Thamks.
