  1. 25 x 16 is demanding and two GPU's are the best solution. The 295 appears to be a good solution, but 2 x 285 really work well.
  2. I voted for the Zeppelin. I miss the RB3D missions of flying my beloved SE5 at night above London, getting hit numerous times, and then to see that outstanding explosion....priceless!
  3. They show this on the History Channel quite often. It is a great program.
  4. If I run at all 5 I get 42FPS. What are you getting?
  5. Words cannot begin to express......Go here
  6. With all sliders set to 5, except terrain 4, in 25x16 I get a low of 47 FPS. The clouds are absolutely outstanding.
  7. Yes it is quite easy to H20 cool them. I had two that I cooled in my 680i rig.
  8. Yes, it happens. I have learned to cut the throttle back (65%) before I warp. It seems to do the trick.
  9. I am still using the good ole MS FFB and I cannot seem to try something new. My old pedal finally died and I didn't realize how much I enjoyed them, not to mention how much more realistic they were. It looks like I will go with the Saitek as everyone seems to like them. However, after we move I am going crazy and building a Dora cockpit and adding this gear. Absolute total overkill! I am curious if any of you have switched from the MS to the Saitek FFB joystick and your thoughts. TIA
  10. Thanks for adding that! I remember reading about that method but I couldn't remember who did it.
  11. I just zoom down from above and they disappear pretty quickly. If you come in from the side you make a great target for the gunners below.
  12. What is with the white spots? I haven't encountered those. I have no problems with the cards. They are FTW's and they are outrageous. No cooling problems here! They haven't gone above 45C in any game or Vantage.
  13. I need to know how to take full advantage of my system with regards to graphics. I am running 2x285 GTX's and a 30" Samsung. I can push everything to the max but I need to know the tweaks! TIA!
  14. What is your budget? Secondly, take a look at the ASUS laptops on NewEgg. I bought one of their gaming laptops for my wife and it is outstanding.
