Encore Action channel (part of STARZ package) will have a Godzilla marathon tomorrow (July 4th) starting at 9AM. Unfortunately its not a true marathon, they will rerun the morning movies all day. Yeah I'm a huge japanese monster fan Falcon

No they didn't. I was hoping they'll show THE original without Burr in it. I have it on DVD which has the both American version (with Burr) and the Japanese version. They showed the last four movies of the 90's Godzilla. I have the 90's Gamera triogly on DVD. Very dark by the third movie, very bloody too. I also like Rodan, Mothra, MegaGodzilla, King Ghirida (Monster 0) and King Cesar. IMHO Godzilla 2000 was the best of modern movies. Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghirida is close second. Final Wars sucked bad. At least I saw the big guy fry the tristar 'zilla Falcon

8ms is slow for gaming. I recently bought a 22" LG LCD with 2ms. But it didn't come with a DVI cable. So for the time being I'm using the LCD's Analog mode until I get a cheap vid card with DVI support for my internet system. (I have 2 computers, one for gaming, one for net use). Anyway, I get slight ghosting but no tearing with mine. Falcon

Innocence is one weird flick. It takes place after the first movie (before the first season of the TV series). The main character is Balto and that's only thing I can tell you. You may have trouble of following this. Falcon

Well my callsign is two fold as well. First, I love F-16's..enuff said. Second, when I first started playing sims, I had a tough time of thinking of a callsign. When the GI Joe movie was around, there was a character named "Lt. Falcon" (Duke's brother). I probably watched that stupid movie way too much. Anyway when Origin's Wing Commander was released I put "Falcon" as my callsign and it has been ever since then. Falcon

Recently I've been watching alot of Anime. Especially with Sci-FI themes. My favorite series is Gunslinger Girl. GG is a very intense drama. Despite of the title, its about an goverment agency in Italy. The agency deals with corruption/terrorists/etc. The thing is that they use unwanted children, mostly girls to do the dirty work. How you say? The girls are cyborgs. Not the terminator style, these cyborgs are realistic in technology wise. The agency use fiber muscle tech for example. Then there's "conditioning" or brainwashing. These girls have handlers. Each handler treats their cyborgs differently. The drama really test your emotions. One time I almost wanted to throw something at the TV. Not because it's sucky its because I was suck in with the story. The characters in the series are very well done, you will want to grab one of the girls and hug them and spoil them to death . The series is about the girls instead of being mission based. Oh there's missions in there, but they're quick and very bloody. The entire series is 13 episodes, about 30 minutes long. I highly recommend it. Falcon PS What are your recommentions for anime watching? Esp SCI-FI ones? PSS. One more thing, GG is kinda slow at first but it'll hook ya.
