File Name: Tu-4 Bull SF-2 pack File Submitter: paulopanz File Submitted: 08 October 2012 File Category: Other The Tupolev Tu-4 (NATO reporting name: Bull) was a piston-engined Soviet strategic bomber that served the Soviet Air Force from the late 1940s to mid 1960s. It was a reverse-engineered copy of the U.S.-made Boeing B-29 Superfortress. What's in: -Tu-4 main production version, originally designated B-4. PLAAF H-4. -Tu-4A nuclear capable bomber used to test Soviet RDS-1, RDS-3 and RDS-5 nuclear bombs. The standard Tu-4 was not capable of carrying these weapons. -Tu-4K/KS anti-shipping version, armed with KS-1 Komet missiles carried between the engines under the wings. -Tu-4R long range reconnaissance. This work began only as a limited skinwork for bringing to Jon a better bomber to use in Formosa and TSF. But after all serials were made, I remade and upgraded all 4 versions. Especially the Tu-k now fitted with pylons for KS-1 Kometa and Tu-4A with RDS-3 nuke bomb. File Name: MiG-21FL Type-77 Trishul File Submitter: paulopanz File Submitted: 07 December 2009 File Category: MiG-21 The production of the MiG-21s in India under license by Hindustan Aeronautics in Nasik started with the MiG-21FL in 1966 in four phases starting with the assembly of CKD kits, moving on to subassemblies, parts, and finally advancing to production from scratch. 205 MiG-21FLs, designated Type 77 and nicknamed Trishul ("Trident), were built in India between 1966 and 1972; the first one built entirely from Indian-made components was delivered to the IAF on 19 October 1970, with the first Indian-made R11F2S-300 powerplant leaving the assembly line on 2 January 1969. In the late 1970s, the IAF began acquiring MiG-21M/MFs, consequently a large part of the MiG-21FL fleet were sent into storage. However in the mid-1980s, these FLs were pulled out of storage and retrofitted with two extra pylons and were fitted with IFF-400 antennas(on the nose). In my C-47 pack there is a French Indocina skin. The Bearcat is very nice .... if only Geo or someone with source files would cut some black ropes it'ld be great. I have a French Hellcat in the makings, too. I stopped works when I passed from XP to WIN 7 as the patch I made to close the back window, that perfecly worked in XP, in Win 7 disappeared .... but I could upload as it is. Paul
