  1. Nieuport 16 - Foxtrot Paint

    Hi Guys,

this is for now the last paint to accomplish the belgian skins, a Nieuport 16 Repaint with Fox-Trot logo, used by Adjudant Egide Roobaert from the 5th Escadrille.

The Tailnumbers are numbered from 1400 up to 1499! You can use this as well as an update for all the other nieuports.

    Have fun,

  2. Belgian Nieuport 17bis Skins

    Hi Guys,

to complete the belgian skins I made two Nieuport 17bis paints.

One of it is a general 5th Escadrille Paint, the other was used by Edmond Desclée.

In addition I made a new design of the cockpit instruments. Just follow the enclosed installation instructions.

The tailnumbers are updated from 1 up to 60. For it is the same script type you can use it with the other belgian Nieuport skins as well. Just copy the missing numbers into the analog decal folders and don't forget to copy the numbers.lst.

    Have fun,

    Hi Folks,

this is the first belgian skin pack, other are under construction. For the lovely modelled Hanriot HD1 is the only belgian plane, i decided to change this circumstance.

Hereby you can fly your Nieuport 17 under belgian colours. There are the following 4 skins included:

    - Camo Skin with the insignia of the 1st Escadrille, the scotish thistle, choosen by André de Meulemeester for the 1ére Escadrille de Chasse in 1917. The 9th Escadrille used the thistle as well.

    - 1st Escadrille Skin flown by André de Meulemeester.

    - 5th Escadrille Skin flown by Edmond Thieffry.

Installation instructions are included, hope you will enjoy the skins.

Look out, for there are outher skins available, the Morane Type H and the Nieuport 16 skins will follow. A Nieuport 11 Skin Pack is under construction. A medal pack will be either made by Capitaine Vengeur or by me, and will be released as soon as possible.

  6. Hi Folks,

first of all I will apologize if this topic was already discussed. I didn't find anything, or I am too stupid to search with the wright keywords.

The Morane Saulnier Type H Model, made by Laton does not show bullet holes, if it was hit. I checked it out with the original flightmodel and the flightmodel made by Peter01, but no bullet holes are shown. It is strange that the file responsible for the holes is named MS_TypeL_holes.tga. I tried to rename it with no effect. Is there any solution?

  8. Hy Guys,

can anybody tell me, why the Vicefeldwebel (or Vizefeldwebel) is ranking above the Feldwebel in OFF3?

As I know a German Vicefeldwebel in WWI is a supernumerary Feldwebel. So when a Unteroffizier should be promoted to Feldwebel, and this rank was allready awarded, he became a supernumerary Feldwebel, a so called Vizefeldwebel. Both ranks could be promoted to Offiziersstellvertreter, but the Feldwebel was ranking above the Vicefeldwebel.

So, am I wrong, or why did the dev-team program the Vicefeldwebel above the Feldwebel?

    Andi
