I've been using for 3/4 years. It's a good low budget joystick and better (IMO) than my old Sidewinder FS. @rjw This joystick don't have force feedback. So you feel the same loaded force regardless what you're doing with your aircraft.

Well Bullethead, I certainly will not argue against someone who as this sort of conviction as you seem to have about this matter. Olham, if I didn't know that you are the kindest person in this forum, I could have interpret it very wrongly. That's unfortunately another problem, a serious one, and in a different scale from the one I presented in this thread. Because I'm Portuguese I'm too much sensitive to the Greek economical and financial problems, and I don't see why it should be mention in this thread. The only thing in common with this situation is the place where this unfortunate incidents are happening. May I also remind that most of us here, are all Greek in a certain way.

I can understand that. But the guys weren't doing any thing different than the normal tourist do. And those islands are open for tourism. I only hope that the Greek authorities assess this case as quickly as possible.

JA is also a classical. Silent Storm, unfortunately, I've never played, but it's quite good from what I've heard.

I had it download a couple years ago, but I've never ended up testing it. They are still implementing things. But probably it will be enough for you to get some of the feeling. :)

Yes we are expecting new versions. But a good game is always a good game. And XCom is better than 99.9% of today games. It has one of the best turn base combat ever done in any game. Great ambiance. I'll excuse you because you've never played it. :) It's like chess. You don't turn it down because it's old and the graphics are basically the same for more than a thousand years.

Olham, basically, only two are really a classic masterpiece, IMO. UFO: Enemy Unknown (alias XCOM:UFO Defense) and Terror from the Deep. Xenonauts and the new XCOM:Enemy Unknown from Fireaxis are the two new games inspired on those. Both will be release this year. Also there's a less unknown XCOM type of game that will be also release this year: UFO2: Extraterrestrials

Yes. It's an indie production, but probably will end up being the true spiritual successor to XCom: Enemy Unknown. The Kickstart campaign run well and they were funded with extra cash.

Yes sometimes, it has the whole importance of pure act of humanity. All I'm saying say is that sometimes it's nothing more than a pure self-preservation act, even having to end up put in danger directly their own life to accomplish that. Hauksbee, I'm not sure why you have quote that. But what is so strange about it? I mean bring back some civility, some order to the ruthless reality of war. It works pretty much like a self-defence mechanism, a way to balance yourself. Of course all these codes of conduct can break a part, depending on the type of war and of the personal basis.

These gestures, sometimes, are nothing more than a way to bring some sanity back to their own life.

Does he (or she) bring you sometimes the outcome of their hunts? I think that this is a more usual behaviour in the female hunters, like wanting to show us that they are useful.

Nice villa, tranquillo. I bet it's hard to say goodbye to the sunny weather and return back to the bloody weather. In that regard, we southerners, are lucky.
