  1. Hi George;

    I know we haven't been in touch for some time. I mostly lurk on SimHQ and only occasionally visit here. I have been taking a sabbatical from WOFF for some time now, being busy with other interests.

    I have been negligent in contacting you and for that I am sorry. Kathy often asks me if I have heard from you and I have failed to take the initiative.

    I hadn't seen any posts by you for some time. Now I understand why.

    we had some nice times together in the past  and I reflect on them fondly. I will give you a call soon.

    Best Regards to you and yours.

    Kathy and Rob

    WWI Flying Ace;

    You might consider downloading the "User Files Backup Utility" from Sandbagger's web site https://thatoneplease.co/WOFF/WOFFUserFilesBackupProgram.zip

    This tool will backup your personal pilot settings and many others so you can restore them in case of a system crash or loss of WOFF files. There is a ReadMe that comes with it to explain.

    Regards

    This tool is compatible with UE, PE, and BH&HII.

  9. ALERT to users of BH&HII CCFA

    A new update to "WOFF 0 BH&HII - Consolidated Custom Facilities Airfields Mod" is soon to be released by Sandbagger.
    It is version 1.4, which is required if you are using JJJ65's "Mission Editor". It contains a correction which otherwise would cause Mission Editor to fail in the 1918+6 Period.

    - This release has corrections to the 1918+6 Periods “.csv” file for JJJ65’s Mission Editor. The header line was erroneously shuffled to the end of the file."

    Regards

  11. And to add another book, "William Barker VC by Wayne Ralphs" which covers Canadian training, the Italian Campaign and the western front with significant coverage on two seater Obs  by a much forgotten Canadian Ace.

    Well worth the read if you can still find it.

    Regards

  12. Bagpipe;

    With regards to your first question, it would be best to send a Private Message (PM) to the originator of the UE mods and ask them directly if you want to be sure. Keep in mind that some of the mod originators are only on the SimHQ site, so if you don't have an ID over there, it would be a good idea to register with SimHQ. There are still a lot of WOFFers over there that don't come over to CA but may in the future. There is also a lot of WOFF threads over there that are not duplicated over here, so some good info worth looking at.

    Best Regards
