how do you retract the wings?

How do you retract the wings in the top gun mod pack?

I just installed a single file that transforms my f-15 in an f-18. But now when i look at my aircraft that are flyable, f-16's, f117, f-4s, su 34's. All of them are flyable. One problem: once i start, i have zero control. They start falling from the sky. At 500 knots. I can move the rudders which yaw the plane a bit, but other than that, they sink. I move my joystick and the ailerons and elevators work, but the plane doesn't respond. But the a-10's and f15's work fine. How do i get it so that these are flyable without them crashing? so the when i move my stick, the ailerons actually do something.
